DSTE® 2pcs NP-F550 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery for Sony NP-F550, NP-F330, NP-F530, NP-F570

Nice little batteries. I bought two to run my field monitor. They are nice and light and good for a good few hours.

This is a smaller version of the NPF970 that I've bought before. These are much smaller and exactly the same size as the genuine Sony NPF330 I already own. That one lasts about 60 mins on my BMPCC (Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera not 4k) These NPF550 copies lasted for around 2hrs30 mins when I set the camera to simply run, focussed on a distant surface. There was no autofocus or image stabilising being used. Just my EF lens attached to a speed booster. On that basis, two should last all day, with maybe a third for backup!I also tried them on my "176 mini LED" video light. On that it began to dim after about an hour. It was completely flat by the time the camera stopped recording after 2:30. I think I would continue to use the NPF970 for this lamp as it goes forever; probably all day, say 8 hours. I'll test it one of these days.Overall I'm very impressed with these batteries. I don't know how long they take to re-charge but I always do that overnight.

I have several batteryes of this type and I cannot say difference in capacity between original and this brand. I trust DSTE as they are not the cheapest and do not promise unrealistic capacities. I use them for quite some time. I am happy with them.

generally perfectly fine, but after about a year of very moderate use (maybe 10-15 uses?), one of the pins has pulled out and snapped off, rendering the battery useless.UPDATE > the seller XLF-EU was fantastic about this issue, communication was fast and simple, and the unit has been replaced. 5 stars for customer service.

Great value for the money. I use two of these batteries on each of my 3 x Ameran LED light panels. They give me around 2hrs and 10mins of constant light on the brightest setting. More than enough for most requirements. They are light enough to carry a few as back ups too. All in all I would recommend these to anyone. Good purchase.
