I've used it twice since receiving it 3 days ago. I've suffered from severe allergies for years. Not only am I noticing a difference in less congestion. I also notice that after showering directly after use I feel even cleaner. This will make you sweat. I've danced at salsa Congresses for 8 hrs straight -not one drop of sweat. I go to the gym -no sweat. This has me drenched in a matter of 7 mins. It's super relaxing and I do feel stress levels decrease significantly during and after use. I did alot of research on the health benefits and I honestly believe every person should have one - especially those with cardiac and joint issues. Super easy to assemble. I don't like the chair that comes with it so I ordered a sauna chair that reclines a bit with arms. The other drawback is the gray mat in the bottom that seems to always be wet or damp even if i leave the door open for it to dry all day. Not sure if it's supposed to be that way. I still Highly recommend this product.

Easy to set up. Heated up as advertised with no leakage from the tent. I'm 6 ft and was comfortable sitting in the small folding chair provided. It was an enjoyable experience.

I have had this portable sauna for 3 months now. I use it multiple times a week and it is incredible. Easy to put together and use. We have recommended to multiple people to buy.

It takes a while to steam up but it works pretty close to a real steam room. Kind of lacks heat but it's close still. But... I really can't recommend it. It's a pain to clean. You have to clean it after a day after first use or it'll start growing stuff. The chair isn't washable and you have to disassemble the whole thing. Lots of cleaning. Plus it takes up space. So I used it for a month and got tired of it. I wish saunas were more of a thing here without being expensive. Oh well. Hot shower it is.

Best ever for getting a great sweat/detox and relaxation after a workout. I even slept better at night. It was an easy setup of approximately 15-20 minutes using the pictures in the instructions. Once the hoses are connected and you have DISTILLED water to fill the tank to the appropriate level then you are good to go. It took approximately 10 minutes to steam up. I start it 10 minutes prior to finishing my workout. Please read instructions thoroughly. They are simple to understand. The steam sauna dimensions are enough to sit in and relax. This is not for standing. I’ve used it 6 times already in this week. I do not belong to a gym and have my own gym equipment at home. This does a great job for less the price of a monthly membership. It does not take up much space. I bought this 11/15/24 one week shy of a Black Friday deal. You will save yourself $30 considering what I spent. I wish I had. It is worth it either way. The one only downside is making sure to check that rubber hoses and that they are connected well. I failed to push on well and the steam did not enter the closed sauna chamber. Not really a downside but for you to know when putting together. Also , make sure to empty steam producing chamber of condensation once unit has cooled (steam is hot so hoses are hot too). Do not let fill up or you will not get optimal steam . Great product and definitely it gets a high recommendation from me.

It's a steam room primarily - less a sauna.PROS:- Creates steam in a small space- Good heat retention- Exactly what I neededSUGGESTIONS:- Would be nice to reduce startup time- Would be nice to emit just 20% more steam- Easier way to get through a door without full disassemblyMy only challenge is figuring out where to keep it erected permanently.
