Digital LCD Thermometer Temperature Monitor with External Probe For Fridge Freezer Refrigerator Aquarium --Black

Used this on my classic motorcycle where I didn’t want to load the battery with anything extra.Easy to install and shows a temp which is +/- 1c generally. That’s acceptable.Not sure how long the supplied batteries will last but for the price it’s not an issue.

These are quite good for the money, however, as many folk have mentioned, they do read a little high. Mine was reading around 1'C too high at room temperatures but the error becomes a little less around zero degrees. The sensor is of the 2 wire thermocouple type so high accuracy is never going to happen until you go for a three wire sensor but for this price, these are as good as they can be and very useable. The only donwside is that they arrive with their battery already inserted so a new battery may be needed soonish.

I needed this to monitor the internal temp of my dishwasher which kept washing cold. Does a great job, the cable is thin enough that I can trap it in the door and no leaks. No it doesn't have an off switch, but the batteries last a very long time, a friend has had one a few years.

Have these on a number of tanks and they offer reassurance that the temperature is ok. Batteries last fine. I use double sided tape for fixing to out side on one end.

This already came switched on. There was nothing to prevent the batteries from making contact so I have no idea for how long this was switched on for.. I've noticed compared to other good quality thermometer that this one is inaccurate by 1.1°C (giving more than actually is) and when I swapped batteries it just doesn't turn on anymore. Requested return/refund.. Will get a better one, even if more expensive anything is better than this rubbish.

Terrible. Does not work in reptile vivarium. Reads about 3 degrees colder than other thermostats we have. Would not purchase again
