Definitely improve health
My mostly vegan family take these daily and have for two years. I believe it does help brain function. Our kids are very smart and very healthy and I am able to focus on very complicated projects for many hours without problems. I feel sharper and improved memory since taking them.The capsules contain carrageenan which could potentially be a problem but this is in the capsule only so we bite through this and don't swallow the shell.The taste is neutral and not unpleasant. Definitely nothing like dead fish oil from my omnivorous former life.Quality is always excellent. Keep them in the fridge as soon as delivered.

Great product
Exactly what I looking for being vegan and wanting to boost my omega 3s. I have been using this for about 5 months and have no issues. The pills are a good size to swallow, no taste or aftertaste, the ingredients aren't filled with the rubbish you'll find in other brands. It always arrives quickly and it's not a bad price when you look around the market for similar products with good ingredients. Would recommend for all vegans!

These tablets are like a second son to me.
These capsules not only relax my mind, but also relax my soul. From the exterior aesthetic of the box, with it's contemporary art evoking feelings of both nostalgia and integrity, to the fine bubble packaging within. It's level after level of tantalising excitement and feelings of quality.After getting over the packaging excitement, I began to take one capsule per day. Each capsule slipped down my throat like the silkiest of agave nectar. Once lodged in my stomach, the magic happened. Soon I felt a feeling of tingling comfort in my brain, my anxieties were eased, by feelings were relaxed. From this point on, I knew everything was going to be just fine.I recommend these tablets from the first to the last. Especially if you need that Omega hit, without hurting the little fishies.Do it. It’s vegan with EPA and DHA
It is one of the go to ones for WFPB or Vegan DHA and EPA .Given the lack of other options and this one is ofeten sold out, it’s one of the few options.Would be great if they did it to pharmaceutical standards like Dr Fuhrman’s DHA+EPA Purity wich is very expensive and not really available in the UK

Good quality vegan DHA supplement
After trying similar alternatives I have found this to be the best vegan DHA omega 3 supplement.

Nice product
Firstly I like the brand and packaging and what they stand for. I haven't noticed any difference to my health and I think I've used them for 4 months. I like that they're one tablet a day. But they're are similar products out there which are more cost affective so unfortunately I've switched. But it is a nice product

Good value
I wanted to change to Vegan/Algae omega 3 when I started becoming aware of the impact of fish/krill oil on the planet as well as the contamination of fish oil.Started looking at various products but this one for me fits the bill as one pack lasts 60 days as well as containing DPA & EHA as not all seem to. Others recommend taking 2 a day (not that you have to) which becomes costly if buying every month.Would still like it if these were slightly cheaper but I have been happy with them.And none of that fishy after taste with these.
