Suprisingly difficult to fit, but I suspect it's due to the rabbit hutch I live in design and built by cowboys.The construction of this device seems quite sturdy and the latch is very tight, so all being well my little 15 month old Houdini will not figure it out yet.

Not the easiest thing to fit especially if your socket screws are a bit short to start with but once it's on it works perfectly. It stopped the little one from being able to switch the sockets on and off. It's solidly constructed and is worth the price.

We had a problem with one of our cats spraying and always on one of the socket outlets. Apart from the smell and having to watch him he also nearly electrocuted himself one time. Previously we had a board propped up against the socket but from an appearance point of view not an ideal solution. This box seems to be the answer to a prayer. A bit tricky to fit but you can slip it over a double socket without having to disconnect it. It also helps to remove the cover from the frame until you have secured it to the wall. Downsides. The screws supplied were to big for my sockets and there are some slots in the top which could allow liquid into the box. The screws were no problem - I used the ones that were with the socket. The slot I covered with a bit of clear tape which from a couple of feet is invisible. The cat hasn't been near yet but I have high hopes.

This has worked so well, my only advice would be to check the walls build quality before hand, council houses are rubbish for their plaster and the socket was actually stuck too the wall before I removed to put the cover on

Absolutely love these in my home as I have a small toddler and a curious neurodivergent child. I can plug in all the things I need to without the worry of having my children opening and messing with things they shouldn’t. It helps keep them safe and gives me peace of mind.The quality of the product is very sturdy and quite difficult to open. Even an adult needs a little bit of effort to pop these open! They are easy to fit in by yourself and they help make everything look clean and orderly.Very happy with this purchase and I’ve purchased 4 so far. I will definitely purchase more in the future for the rest of my home.

Not deep enough for older style sockets and or deep three pin plugs.

Not possible to fit this on without removing the face plate, unscrewing the wiring, placing the face plate on and then rewiring. Too much hassle. THere are brands that split into two and fit behind the face plate once it is slightly unscrewed. All you do is then to tighten the screws. This product is waaaaay too much hassle. I didnt bother.
