Superfeet - All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles - Trim-To-Fit Orthotic Shoe Inserts, UK 4 – 5.5

I suffer from PF and over pronation. Really helps correct my gait (the corns I normally get because of my gait have gone). Hasnt helped plantar fasciitis as that hasn’t gone away but not sure if an insole would anyway.

This is my 2nd pair of green superfeet - I've had the last pair for at least 4 years and felt it was probably time for a new pair, even though the old pair are still going strong! I have a slightly collapsed arch in one foot (other foot is normal) and since using the superfeet I've significantly reduced pains and injuries when running. I use the black superfeet in my normal shoes/boots as well and they are so comfortable and supportive, I can't live without them!

Had these before from outdoor store so know my sizing and love them. So comfortable for long walks. Have them in walking boots, walking trainers and gym trainers, but also put them in ankle or knee high boots in the winter.I have pronation, these are ideal and reduce knee and hip pain

Fit is great. Depending on how bad your problem is, i expect it may be slightly uncomfortable to wear. For me it was comfortbale, however because of the thickness you might want to make sure that you have shoes that are not tight, as this will probably stop your foot from fitting in it.

second pair of these insoles I have had, as before excellent support, had first pair fitted at an outdoor shop.use in running shoes as well as in general walking shoes/trainers. Easy to change into walking boots when needed.was slightly confused by sizes, needed a size 6, realised part way through order that was going to end up with wrong size!existing ones had a 'C' on the base rather than shoe size, managed to change and get right onesMaybe could be advertised with both shoe size and size letter as on product.

Good firm arch support, but very little cushioning anywhere. My feet and ankles ached when I tried these. I would avoid if you have sore areas on your feet. I wouldn’t try any of this brand again as I know they are too hard for me now. I’ve tried the blue and the green, and they are both rock solid underfoot. Some people may love this - it was too painful for me.

By far the best insole to help ease my plantar fascitiis; very supportive and hard-wearing! This my second pair for a new pair of shoes I have bought.

They did not help with my plantar fasciitis, but are good quality and I do need support for my flat feet
