First, contrary to what other reviewers are saying as of this posting, you can certainly open and close it one handed. Undo the clasp and leave it undone, press the button to open, and use your index finger rested behind the lid to click it closed. It takes some force so it isn't obvious, but you can click the lid back into place yourself without fastening the clasp back into place.As for an actual review, this bottle is great. This is the ONLY bottle over 32oz that I can find that can both fit in a cupholder, and remains thin enough to comfortably grasp. Its form factor also lets it easily slide into backpack water bottle sleeves designed for smaller bottles. It keeps temperatures as advertised and easily competes with other top brands on that front. The lid has tension to keep it open so it doesn't bonk you in the nose when you tilt it to drink, but it's not enough to keep you from easily flipping it closed—plus, the spring to open the lid has enough force to lock it up when you hit the button to open it, making opening and drinking a smooth and quick experience. The handle is surprisingly functional, and the lid happily stays screwed on when toting it around.But there are some downsides to this form factor. It is very top heavy (at least the 46oz version) and will fall over with a slight breeze. Unless you are placing it on solid flat ground, it will probably not stay put. And if you have shallow cupholders, it might fall out when full due to the shifting mass of the liquid.Another con is no air hole in the cap, so if you're the kind of person to drink with a seal around the tip (trying to not make it sound weird), you're out of luck. This is a glug glug only bottle. The neck of it is also a bit too thin to really facilitate fast drinking, though some may call that a positive.Even with those downsides, the positives make this a favorite and I can't see myself using anything else.

Meh, why they do keep your water cold they’re not more impressive than any other bottle, save the money and get a cheaper one

Wherever I go, she goes! She quenches my thirst! Man I love this thing. It’s taking it’s share of falls and bangs and still looks good! I get compliments on the look. I love it because I can put it in my cup holder without it rolling around in my car. I also like the protector thing inside, helps keep my fruit or ice out of my way of drinking. Wherever you see me, better bet this thing is nearby. Stay hydrated my friends!

It’s ugly. Full, it’s too heavy. Nothing subtle about it. But does it keep ice frozen and liquid cold! Filled it with ice. Couldn’t close the lid because of that strange triangular form under the lid. Protrudes into the bottle. Left the lid loosely resting on top of bottle. Ten hours later, nothing melted. Lid still couldn’t screw onto base. Left it as is overnight. In the am, I could close the lid. Forgot it in my black car at work. More cold water, PLENTY of solid ice. Repeated overnight and in car at work. Still solid ice but smaller. Water cold!!! Wow! Incredible!

Beautiful design and has a nice weight to it. Bought it as a birthday gift and my friend loved it. For being a larger bottle, it still was easy to carry around and didn't feel to burdensome. The bottom design is more sleek, which is nice because it actually fits into most cupholders unlike other larger bottles.One downside of the bottle, is that it can be difficult to clean. The opening at the top is small and are limited on how you can clean the inside of the bottle.Overall, despite the difficulty cleaning the bottle, the quality is nice. It keeps your drinks cold for the entire day and is fairly easy to carry around.

I LOVED this water bottle. I recently dropped if about 3 feet and the lid broke.

Excellent bottle. Works with my cirkul lid, holds ice at least 24 hrs or better. It gets about 3/4 ways full of ice and I top it off. It’s 36 ounces which is great for a cup that actually fits my truck cup holders, holds ice 24 hrs plus, and fits my a cirkul lids. Plus it’s gorgeous! So pleased!
