I don't often write reviews, as essentially, shouldn't it do what it says in the description. Well we all know that sometimes isn't the case.However, within a day I did feel it improve my posture when just lounging around watching TV, etc. I had back problems many, many years ago and they can be inflamed when having poor posture.I had seen so many of these products from foam to weird and wonderful contraptions, but this seemed robust enough with simple setting changes.My only recommendation would be the inclusion of a 1 inch thick piece of firm foam for additional comfort. I happened to have some of this at home and it makes it much more comfortable if wearing socks, etc.

Easy to assemble and quite sturdy. However, although it is wooden inside, the finish is a cheap looking woody plastic.

Foot rest do the job

EAsy to assemble, works as described. However, quality sub par for price, laminate has come off totally for a section and started to peel off another part. Not worth returning/replacing as other parts work.

Upon arrival all seemed well, however the screw holes are massive and the screws don't keep it together at all. It just fell apart instantly.

tried many different ones, this one is the best of all so far. it's very firm and solid. a bit pricy but totally paid off
