I really like this chair. Like other reviewers, the picture-only instructions are pretty bad, which is odd, because if they just showed a little more detail they would be fine even without writing. I stared at those assembly instructions until my head hurt, the only reason I could assemble this thing was because of the video on Amazon, which is a step-by-step guide and it's great. After watching that I put it together in no time. The easiest part was connecting the wires and plugging it in and the chair was comfortable and all features work great. I am very happy with this item.

The chair is long but a little on the shorter size. Good for average or smaller frames. The “massage” feature is more like vibrations. Quality of build is good. Seems sturdy. Is comfortable but may be a little small for bigger framed individuals. Value for the money is excellent! Was impressively packed! Easy to assemble. I would give it another star but for the possible issue with size. It also doesn’t feel like it fits well around the shoulders and neck. I have to lay my head sideways and I am just average in height. Needs a pillow or cushion or little different shape.

This chair is really comfortable and was easy to assemble. The build quality is sturdy. Definitely worth the price. It's super nice after a long day at work.

The chair comes with less than perfect assembly instructions, but it is plenty easy to figure it out. Once assembled, your posterior is happy and comfortable. I have this in my living room so I can work on my laptop or chill and watch TV and it performs both functions perfectly. The recline has a good range. The massage function is better than I expected, especially for the price. I greatly enjoy relaxing in this chair. Build quality and simulated leather is quite nice. My only complaint is the cup holders are way too shallow to be useable for drinks, but they do work just fine to hold the TV remote.

Our recliner was like 30+ years old and falling apart. My roommate found this and we liked that it swiveled since we used to have the recliner in front of the tv for gaming (definitely makes it easier to show roomie things from the couch behind the chair with it being able to swivel). Honestly, it's a good chair. Fairly comfortable though it needs more cushion where you actually plant your butt lol. The cup holders are at slight angles even with being bolted in, but that's not really a deal breaker. The main issue is the foot rest. I don't know if it's a machine error or what, but the directions (which were marked wrong with the bolts I and J being switched around) and even pictures were showing we put it together correctly but the physical measurements of the legs that attach to the circle frame that sits on the floor are all wrong. They don't even come close to touching the attachment points on the ring. It's utterly unusable in its current state. We won't return (partially because the cats have christened it with their claws. sigh), but we've commissioned our neighbor to build a better base for it. All in all, though, the product isn't bad. It definitely provides better back support than the old recliner. And our cats love sleeping in it just as much. Just maybe check y'all's cutting machines or something.

I love the chair. A couple things of note. The cup holders only work with a cup with no handle or handle attached higher up on the cup / mug. One of my cup holders is not quite level, I think it's glued in a little wonky. But that does not actually affect much. The chair is very attractive. This is not a super cushiony recliner because of the electronics. Ensure the lumbar support area stays in the small of your back - not lower on the SI joint area. As soon as I wake up in the morning and make my tea, I sit in the chair with the heat on to relax. My cat loves it and has tried to take it over.

Chair looks great and the size is perfect for my husband. We've had it for six months. Last week, when he leaned back to recline there was a loud clunking sound and something came poking out of the chair back. He took the chair apart only to find the bolts/screws had come apart because they were different sizes! He fixed it, but who knows how long it will last? Reading about the problems others have had with the "return policy" and the shipping costs I will never buy anything from this company again.

Great quality chair and ottoman. Would be 5 stars if the seat was a little higher off the floor, a bit of work standing up from sitting.
