Perfect! More than I expected.My husband and I are preparing to redecorate our storage room. We found this style of bifold barn door hardware kit among many barn door hardware kits. They look very good. I read the opinions of many buyers who have already bought it before I prepared to buy it. They mentioned that the installation is difficult, but the quality is good. We still bought this product with suspicion. guess waht? It's much better than we expected. It's perfect and very easy to install. As long as you arrange these parts and assemble them in order before installation, their quality is very solid, which is perfect for my storage room and makes the whole room look perfect. Of course, we hesitated whether to use the wooden nails they came with or re-prepare a wooden backboard when installing the guide rail. Finally, we chose the backboard and referred to the seller's idea. They told me that if I could use the backboard, it would be better than the wooden nails they brought with me. That's right. I like this product and excellent customer service very much. If I have room to decorate later, I will buy this kit again. Thank you.

This is a nice simple design, and I'm using it to put a folding door on a shed (outside, e.g. an actual barn door). However, this is an "upgrade" kit with the assumption you have an existing rail. One annoyance is that I can't buy a *rail* separately anywhere so had to buy another kit with non-pivoting hangers, leaving me with extra unneeded parts - a waste. Would be nice if this either included rails or if rails were available separately in various lengths. Also, I don't need/use the bottom trackers but WOULD like to get a two-point swivel bar lock but that has been hard to track down, too.

There were a few frustrations:1. The spliced rail is TIGHT. It does come together, but only after swearing a bit. It's definitely secure though, which is great.2. The instructions are full of illustrations with far too much unnecessary measurements information and no word instructions. There is plenty of space to say " Screw part A into part B", etc.3. Imperial measurements on the instructions are in smaller type than metric. There's plenty of room to make it bigger type!4. What are the wooden dowels for? They're pictured, but no explanation why or where they go. They're likely an alternative to a ledger board (which I'd actually recommend using for added stability.)5. No stoppers to secure at the ends of the rail like so many other manufacturers offer. For almost $200 for this kit, surely you can throw in 2 pieces of $.50 hardware? I added in furniture bumpers that I screwed into my ledger board.6. The screws to attach the hinges are too long. You'll need to buy shorter. Annoying (and I'm not the first to mention).All that said, it seems to be good and sturdy quality; a couple of scratches on the hardware were annoying given it is a new, unopened product. *Fixed by good old Sharpie* Use common sense while putting the thing together. The instructions are both too much and not enough.

Good quality and turned out exactly they way I wanted them to as I didn't have enough room to put in barn sliders , they didn't come with instructions but found a how to online , were easy to install , very happy with result
