Cast iron half-moon reversible cooking grate for the amazing Kamado Joe Big Joe II. What's not to love?This is great quality, beautiful cast iron. One side is flat for those smash burger style cooks, while the other side has griddle ridges which leave those perfect char lines on your nice thick fillet steaks.Three seasoning sessions and this beast was ready to go and boy did it perform brilliantly.All I need is one more for the other side of the grill and I'm all set.
