It works!
The most important thing is that it works. I have a 3.5 year old who had a major regression because she got a stomach virus and could not make it to the bathroom on time. After the virus ran its course, (two weeks, yuck) she was having trouble getting back into the potty habit. She would fight me every time I asked her to try.I got this watch for her after reading some reviews. It was important to me that it is waterproof because she does a great job washing her hands and I didn’t want to mess with that. She also goes to daycare and who knows what craziness they get into. She was having lots of accidents because she had previously been independently using the potty so the teachers continued to assume she would just go.I presented this watch to her as a surprise present “just because I love you.” She used to have a plastic play watch that broke and she was so disappointed. I knew that she would like to have a watch. It was also important to me that it looks like my watch. I have an Apple Watch and she tries to play with it a lot. She even slaps her watch face to try to turn it off. Of course it doesn’t work that way, but after a few slaps it turns off automatically. The love for my watch and wanting to be just like mommy definitely made her more inclined to want to wear the watch. At night she doesn’t want to take it off, but I showed her how it charges right next to my watch and they need to recharge at night just like us when we sleep. The first time the watch went “on” it played music just as it states in the description. The wheels on the bus started playing and she immediately peed. lol not in the potty… apparently she thought she should just let it fly. We laughed and talked about it and took her to the potty to try. I also shortened the duration from 2 hours to 90 minutes which seems to be perfect for her.Since getting this watch she has been consistently dry. She doesn’t argue about trying, she is excited when the music plays and runs right to the potty and goes. She has been really independent. We have a potty chart and before the virus we were so close to being dry all day. She would get so disappointed when she didn’t make it. I just encouraged her that she will get there and not to give up. Since the watch, she has had multiple dry days!!One factor I didn’t know that I would like so much is the ability to check how much is left on the timer. With one click of the side button I can see how much time is left until it goes off. This was really helpful when we were leaving to go in the car. I saw there was 10 minutes left on the timer so we tried before leaving. It was great! After being plugged in all night the battery still said it had 85% charge and I haven’t seen it go above that. At the end of the day it said 75% before I put it on the charger. So all around the battery seems fine and would probably last multiple days but I haven’t tried that yet.The size fits her little wrist well. The band is little big but the watch face is a great size for her and it’s on hole maybe 2 or 3.It is very bright and she loves the colors when it lights up and says “Go Go.” She loves that the colors are rainbow and it flashes. The only issue I had was that apparently she took it off and was waving it in front of her friends at daycare because she loved it so much. They took it away (it wasn’t the same teacher I told about the watch that morning) and of course after it came off she had an accident. So I reinformed everyone and told her that if it comes off she needs to ask a teacher to help put it back on. So I guess it would be better if I could lock it on like a house arrest anklet… but I don’t know if that would be safe, or legal. All in all I am super happy with this product and will likely get one for my next child if he has trouble. I think it was worth every penny to have my child feel self reliant and successful.

This is a solid company
The watch itself deserves maybe four stars. The design is cute. The full color LED green is actually like nothing I’ve ever seen and I suppose it’s sturdy enough (though it would be nice if it were waterproof). The band on the other hand is super thin and flimsy and difficult to get on and off a small child’s wrist. The two little hold down bands that hold down the “tail“ of the strap both broke within the first three months we owned the watch. Here’s where the fifth star is awarded, though: I reached out to the Benny Bradley‘s team about the band breaking via Facebook messenger. They answered immediately, asked the right questions… and then sent me a brand new watch. These people truly stand behind their product and that is all too rare these days. Kudos, Benny Bradley’s!

Thank the potty watch gods
I never write reviews but this one deserves it. After trying for an entire year to train my uninterested almost 4 year old, this watch did the trick in 3 days. Not only was she so excited to have a “big girl” watch but she became extremely interested in using the potty as soon as I put it on her. Wish I knew about this a year ago I would have saved a lot of time and money on pull-ups

Excellent as a reminder, but strap is big.
This is working for us so far. My potty trained 4yo has worn this without complaint and we use it just as a reminder to go to the restroom every 2 hours. Absolutely no issues so far.The only warning I’d give is that the watch can fit a pretty big wrist. In the pictures, my husband put it on to show that it can fit an adult males wrist.

E books. Not actual paper books.
I am very disappointed. The books are ebooks.

Great tool, great customer support!
The watch is great and easy to use. Looks enough like our Apple Watches to make our child want to match what we wear. I messaged support because I threw the instructions out on accident and they responded almost immediately!

Helps to remind to use the potty
My 2 year old loves to wear her potty watch and it helps her to remind her to use the potty. The settings do take a minute to get a hang of, but it’s not too bad.

Great watch
Love this watch for my daughter who was having accidents due to forgetting to go to the bathroom/being distracted with what she was doing. my only issue is that setting it up is a little confusing but nothing you can’t figure out.
