OMG! Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee Clusters, 680g/24 oz., Bag, (Imported from Canada)

This is the best chocolate confection made! They don't make enough to keep up with the demand, but is worth checking up on frequently.

This is the condition of the chocolates when I opened the sealed bag on delivery. For paying a premium price, I expect the product to be edible and this is nowhere close. This matter should be exempted from the return policy and should be refunded to the buyer.

When I opened the package I found that the almond clusters were in one big, solid cluster.....not little bite size clusters. I had to chop the big cluster with a knife to try and separate the chocolate into smaller, bite size pieces. It seems like the product had melted into one big mound that you could not separate with your fingers.

This product came melted in one big cluster!!! Very disappointed !!
