We had water, from rain, leaking through our bricks into the foyer about 2 years ago. I bought this product at that time (2 winters ago) and I am happy to say that after applying it, I have not seen water in the foyer since. It’s been a great product. I highly recommend it.

Expensive but didn’t suffer any spalling over our Michigan winter !PS: applied in July 2023 didn’t see any new spalling deterioration over the winters 2023 & 2024 . Looks just the same . Works very well !

I used this to waterproof my chimney that has been a source of continual problems over the years. I have used other water proofing products over the years but never a gel and without much success. I like that this is a breathable formula, too. I used this last weekend and it was very easy to apply and dried clear in a short period of time. We haven't had any heavy rain, yet, but I am hoping that this will finally be the answer to my chimney problems.

We used the product for our interior brick wall and it seemed to work well. Hopefully, it’ll prevent bricks from and cracking.

This sealer did exactly what we needed it to do. Highly recommend

When I received this it actually was leaking all over. I believe I used it 1 time and it did an okay job. But it honestly was hard to get and give an accurate rating/review.Its shelf life it about a year if sealed properly. With that being said I can’t tell if the one I received was bad to begin with due to improper sealing or if the product itself wasn’t entire up to par.

We have a stone waterfall on top of a bluestone retaining wall. The water flows over the waterfall, down the bluestone wall and into the pond. During winter the water has been degrading the mortar with freeze/thaw. We have repointed the wall several times. We also get some water loss due to seepage through the wall. We have tried epoxy and some other coatings that just degraded and flaked off. Coated with this product to hopefully seal the mortar, prevent water loss and freeze/thaw damage. We were doing a small area about 4'x2' primarily the grout lines. It goes on thick and does not go far. I think it is worth it for small projects.
