Brings it to life!!
These headlights, they're pretty cool. I mean, they didn't just give my car a facelift, they made it work better too. My old headlights were getting a bit cloudy, but they still did the job. Swapping these in was a bit of a project, though. You've got to move the ballast over, which isn't too bad. But the real deal is taking off the bumper to get to the lights. While I was at it, I figured, why not upgrade the fog lights to LEDs, change out the grill for a slick black one, and slap on a new emblem. The old grill was silver and missing the emblem when I bought the car used, by the way. Now, taking the bumper off, that's where the fun begins. It took me a bit to figure it out, but some YouTube vids helped. Just make sure you've got the right tools, especially those socket extension arms for the deep-set lights. You can see the whole transformation in the before-and-after pics. While I was at it, I also swapped in new HID bulbs and LED turn signal lights, and let me tell you, those turn signals are snappy. But here's the thing, if you set them to auto mode, neither the halo nor the main light comes on. So, if your area needs some form of daytime running lights, you'll have to flip the switch for the halo manually. Where I am, it's not a requirement, so no biggie. Now, here's the pro tip – seal those edges up tight with all-weather sealant. I've done this with all my aftermarket lights, and it's a lifesaver. No condensation, no leaks, even after going through car washes and some heavy rainstorms. The fog lights are doing great too, even without sealing. All in all, I'm super stoked with how this turned out. I'm eyeing some rear light upgrades, maybe a spoiler, and a rear diffuser next. I picked this model because it had a unique pattern and that cool sequential lighting effect. I'll share some videos later to show that off.Oh, also add that I didn’t realize what a project. It was doing all of that at once, and I started late in the afternoon so I had to bring the bumper into the house lol. It is Julian’s at working better because then I took my time moving over the ballast and really trying to get the lights right. I had already sealed them the day before.

Honest review - 2008 infiniti G37S Coupe Headlight install review
I installed these headlights on a 2008 infiniti G37S COUPE model. Straight forward - pull off the bumper, disconnect old headlights. You will need to swap the turn signal bulbs and pre purchase low beam/high beam bulbs you will need to install those as well.*** Unit does not come with turn signal or low/high beam bulbs ****** Unit comes with fog light bulbs ***Installation is easy, I spent about 20 minutes taking bumper off and both headlights removal. Rinse and repeat reverse for install is about 1-2 hour install time as you try to align bumper properly with headlights. The clarity on the clear lens model is great. I upgraded to LEDs immediately so Im unable to give feedback regarding output of HIDs, but LEDs work great if you're looking to do the same.Coming from a G owner who switched from OEM, to Akkon GTR headlights, to the current Spec-D; I recommend these Spec-D lights over the competition. Higher quality building materials overall were used in my opinion. I would even go as far to say that with LED conversion these lights are able to compete with the OEM headlights no issue.Lights come with breathing effect, pretty cool. LED strip is higher quality than the Akkon GTR lights, and omits a better color spectrum of white and orange than the competition. Fog lights are enabled for models without factory foglights installed on the lower bumper, so keep that in mind if you have factory bumper fog lights. Overall, I rate it a 9/10 product, would definately buy again without a second thought. Thanks Spec-D!

Problems After Some Time.
The light out put compared to the gtr style headlights is indeed much better. I do enjoy the breathing effect on the headlights too but I have ran into a problem. I noticed a few days ago after looking at the headlights closer that the plastic underneath the coating or the coating on the inside of the headlight was failing/melting. Pretty disappointing. Only 6 months of use and they are not looking great. Seller offered no resolution at all. Disappointing customer service. You spend $500 on some headlights and AT LEAST expect them to last a year.

Came broken
This item came damaged but I had no choice but to keep it considering it was my daily car . The lights worked fine however the screws that hold the lights came broken so humidity gets in them . Really wish I would’ve just them back now there giving more problems great lights however quality control is bad that’s why I give them 1 star

Great upgrade from G37
These lights updated the appearance of my 2010 g37 coupe. The installation was a bit of a project. You have to remove the bumper and do some dismantling on your old headlightd.Once they are in you need to aim the headlights in properly. Would buy againEdit- also buy load resistors to prevent hyperflash especially if upgrading turn signals to leds. I got both from diode dynamics.

Fantastic! Read this before you buy
The media could not be loaded. These headlights are so beautiful and i love them . I would recommend getting the regular black housing instead of the smoked one because the output isn’t the best but it still gets the job done. Make sure when you buy that you have highbeam bulbs to put in the headlight before installing. Also you need to switch the ballast AND the turn signal bulb into the new Sped D headlight. once you do all those the install is pretty easy. make sure you have a ratchet extension because there’s one bolt that’s kinda tucked away.
