Fit perfectly for 1.5” x 3.5” true measurement.

These work as advertised. To get them onto the end of the 2x4, dip them in HOT water for about 60 seconds, dry them off, and put them on. I had the water almost boiling, turned off the heat, dropped in the caps, then carried the pot to where I needed to install them. Pulled them out with tongs, dried them off, had them installed easily in seconds.

Sizing is inconsistent. I put two caps on easily, but two were a very tight squeeze. Warming them up and stretching them in your hands helps.

Have to stretch them a bit to fit over treated 2x4s but they work as described. They fit perfectly once in place.

The price is a bit ridiculous for what it is, but it’s the only thing I’ve found that will work for what I need. It is a snug fit. I built this outdoor couch with 2x4s and needed something to protect the feet from getting wet and absorbing water. This was just what I needed. I’m sure the wood will shrink over time so they will fit perfectly then. They still work great now, so I’m pleased!

Using on 2x4 legs of chairs. Tight fit. Protects the wood from splintering or rubbing deck.

These would be awesome if they were a little bigger. I finally got them on but tore one in the process. I used them on a standard 2x4 stud (1 1/2 x 3 1/2).

They do fit a 2X4 nice and snug. But the material. This is thin, cheap rubber that probably costs pennies to make. I suspect they will not last very long. I do not have a problem with the product, but the price is about $20 too high.
