Money Saver!
Despite the radiator, our hallway has always been cooler, and I suspected this had something to do with the front door, but until recent gas price increases, I never gave it much thought. After inspecting the door and frame, it became apparent that there was air flow coming in from under the threshold. It wasn't sitting flush to the floor - I won't go into detail - but now, I have filled the cavity with this stuff and I am astounded as to how effective it has been at holding the cold air at bay. Now I keep having to turn the thermostat down. Upstairs warms up and stays warm. For less than £6.00, I'm probably saving a small fortune!

Drys up too quickly. Tube hardens and gets stuck.
I bought 4 of these. I had to make sure I used the whole can on the second try, the first can dried up too quickly, i had to bin it. if I leave the job for just a minute the foam seems to get stuck or dry up quickly in the tube. It's hard to squeeze out. I had waste the first can and made sure I quickly used the second one to it's end so I didn't waste it. I still felt though, there was more foam dried up in the second tin. Doesn't keep for very long.
