If you know what swaging and flaring is then you know piping can be a pain in the rear. This set works great. I've done a lot of work with copper and galvanized. This set is great for copper. Should work with lead. Might work with iron probably not galvanized, though. I love this thing.

Works, it’s not perfect but if you pay attention and keep the bars aligned with each others it makes great flares. I used a pair of vise grips to beep the two half’s aligned and did some practice flairs before I did the actual lines. If you’re only doing a few mini-splits this tool is perfect for the price

I am currently working on a break job for a 2002 Jeep TJ and this has helped us greatly in making our own brake lines. Great price and does the job needed.

The tool was built of good materials but was very difficult and clumsy to handle and was also damaging the tubing while it was being flared.

Not fully into my trade, but it worked well on the projects that I've had so far. Got some compliments initially then a few more when I told them where I bought them from.

This kit has most of the tools you will need to fix all of the common problems you will run into when working with tubing or pipes. The plastic of the case could be a bit thicker but it really I'm splitting hairs about it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tube flaring kit.
