The product is elegant in looks but manufactured with poor quality and technique. Product coating/ paint started to peel within a few months of purchase. The handle became loose, and the lid was not sealing properly. Vaya's customer replaced the metal part of the kettle but decided not to replace the lid. After a few months of use, the handle again started to shake, and we struggled to tighten the lid. Now kettle is discarded from usagae, due to leakages from the lid.

The lid is quite tricky. There is no grip provided to open the lid and once its insulated its very difficult to open it. I did manage it a few times, however now the lid is stuck and Its been 3 weeks i have been trying to open it and unable to open the li. Also the store service of the brand is poor. The sakes person clearly denied of any help and said if you would have bought it from the store i would help else i cant help.

Like all Vaya products, the build feels very good. Hot tea stays at a good temperature for 2-3 hours atleast. I do sometimes struggle (maybe 1 in 5 times) with leakage while pouring. I have not been able to figure out if there is a specific way to close that I am doing wrong

There is problem in product. When you close lid of tea pot it should come accross the handle rather it comes to side. This makes difficult to pore in cup. There is no mark how to put the lid. So these are manufacturing defeciencies. There is no vedio how to close the lid if manufacturer justify the product is rightly designed.

I've bought a few products from Vaya in the past, and I was not wrong to trust it this time either. This insulated flask looks classy, and maintains the desired temperature for long hours. Many of my guests have asked me where I got it from.
