Loved!
I had no issues at all the quality was good I used it to put a name and cross on a leather Bible and it worked wonderful! I will say I’d get something to help keep everything aligned and straight. I hit on the letter maybe 3 semi hard times and it was the perfect amount to get the stamp really in it.

Lightweight and decent
This is the perfect started kit for the value. The hammer is light weight and the punches are decent.

Good for what it is
Decent for what it is. Inexpensive and perfect for beginners. The mallet isn’t bad and honestly I’ve used it as a hammer for other light projects in a pinch, like mounting artwork. I wish the letters came in a case because honestly the mold they’re in is pretty flimsy, though luckily I’ve not had any fall out yet. The letters are fairly dull so be prepared to need a lot of heat and pressure to make up for it and leave a solid stamp in your leather projects.

Waste of money - Useless
Not going to go on a rant here and i really hate giving a 1 star but:- The rubber faces of the mallet were not screwed in straight and left a noticeable gap between the body and the rubber face and cannot be corrected. Poor quality control.- Mallet is too light to be useful, though heavier ones do not make much of an improvement especially with the "patterns" dies.- The dies are too small and too blunt to even make an impression in any thickness of leather including extremely thin leather.- Using a full size (12oz) rubber mallet to whack the die (as if driving a nail into 2x4) showed minimal if any improvement in leaving a noticeable impression, even with wet leather the impression was faint and didn't last long. not even remotely close the video from the OEM ad.Overall, this product is a complete failure to execute. It looks great and is nicely organized but low quality materials that are functionally ineffective. So sad..
