A " GREAT " SAFETY TOOL - WORKS AS ADVERTISED
I love this key. I also bought a pack of four for my kid's, and was very disappointed in them. This one is made well, thick strong metal. Heavy enough to open doors, and enough your hand does not come in contact with the surface. The attachment is also well made, stretches to a good length, and retracts back. The attachment clips on, or attaches to a belt loop, It is great, I have told my friends and relatives about this amazing key. A great gift. Do not get the 4 in a pack. They are much smaller, thinner, and even pushing buttons on an atm, or elevator, you have too be really careful not to touch the surface because they are so small. Thank you for a great safety tool.

Works great on contact surfaces and on some terminal screens!
Love this clean key. Compared to other ones I have seen, this one is extremely sturdy and fits most door handles. The touchscreen capabilities is okay for the most part. It’s works perfectly at ATMs, but takes a bit of tinkering to use at Target and supermarkets that I would just use my fingers. It’s best to always use the flat surfaced tip for touchscreens, but it does not always work. At least there’s always hand sanitizers at the check out terminals! Otherwise the best clean key that’s out there!

useful
The CleanKey itself is high quality and useful. Using it on a touch screen can be fiddly, but it works most of the time. (The tip has to be flat against the screen.)The belt holder broke on my first trip out of the house. Obviously if you’ve got a hook hanging from your waist, it’s going to snag on, say, office chairs and anything else in your vicinity, and immediately self destruct. Half a star off for that. And half a star off for this company having the unmitigated gall to charge ten bucks for the impressive-sounding “CleanKey Cleaning Kit”, which consists of a piece of steel wool. A piece. Ten bucks. Don’t even dream of buying that.

Solid
It passes the sniff test. Smells like pennies, which is what you want. Brass is supposed to be 2 parts copper and 1 part zinc. Neither of which a magnet should stick to. My strongest neodymium magnets don't have any attraction to it, so it's not just a cheaply coated steel. It's also a soft metal. I can easily carve a shard off with a utility blade and it's still that gold color underneath. So it's not just coated and seems like solid brass to me. The only thing suspicious is the it doesn't say a single word about "brass" on the packaging.I tried the touch screen on my phone and it does work. We will see how it works in the wild.

Cool Design But Doesn't Work That Well Practically
I like this gadget for it's unique design and cool factor. It looks cool, and I like the spring loaded arm that pops out at the press of the button. It's also small and can easily fit in your pocket. However, it does not work that well in practice. Most doors in public places require a little force to pull open. I feel like the small arm on this gadget will break off, if I open enough doors with it. Secondly, because of its small size, you have to grip it hard to pull open a door, which is uncomfortable. It's not that ergonomic. Lastly, the design of the grip arm is not the best for opening doors. There is no padding on the grip arm so it will just slip off when contacting a metal door handle. The metal on metal contact will also damage the paint on the contact area of the door handle. I personally think the hook shaped door openers are better at opening doors.I will not use this to open doors. However, I will still keep this because I like unique gadgets. Even though I don't think this does well for its intended purpose, it is still a well made item. I will try to find another purpose for it.

A necessity these days
This is actually the fourth one I purchased (as a gift) for a friend. This tool is absolutely necessary these days. It works very well and is very sturdy, unlike some other ones I saw that are half the thickness. The touch screen is hit or miss, works on some but not others. But overall it's a great tool I would highly recommend.

Well made, but heavy. Not for touch screens.
Pluses: well made, optional belt clip included, integrated bottle opener. Surfaces that will contact door handle are covered when retracted. It can hook a larger door handle than a one piece key size opener (see photo for comparison.)Minuses: at 3.3 ounces / 94 grams it equals the weight of my key ring, keys and Leatherman Micra combined. Good thing it comes with a belt clip! The button pushing bump on the end is exposed to your skin when not in use, but still transfers less material than using your fingertip. However, bare metal will not work with capacitive touch screens, you’ll want a separate stylus for that. The grip is less assured than an opener with a finger hole, although if you have it on your key ring the keys will provide more purchase to pull on a heavy door.Subtracted one star for weight. I carry it separately from my keys, using the belt hook. I often leave it at home in favor of a 1 oz bottle of hand sanitizer.
