Good product!

I have several types of snakes in my yard. Generally leave them alone but we had a coral snake. I’ve used my wife’s ‘granny grabbers’ but they’re not really designed to pick up animals. These snake tongs work great as I have yet seen a single snake since I bought them.

This is an amazing product. I caught 2 garden snakes using this. One of them was very quick but this stick holds tight. Good thing is that snake stay very far due to long stick. I afraid of snakes but using this product I don’t.

I used the snake stick to remove a copperhead from around my house within days of receiving the stick. Gripped the snake great with little trauma to either of us. I was able to drop the snake in a garbage can and relocate it several miles away from the house. good product.

Well it's that time for all snakes to come out, And my old snake catcher was getting worn at the catcher mouth part. And I wanted a longer one. I git this 60 inch one,for the large rattle snakes. But right now there's alot of baby rattlers I used it yesterday, it's a little different grabbing the babies, you need a good end grabber babies are thin and about12 inchs long little ones. THIS WORKED...THE CLAMP WORKED PERFECT. And I was able to get her right into my old cooler and Relocate her up the mountain..SORRY I DID NOT GET A PIC OF HER, BUT Was Not Thinking About Writing This Review At The Time😲

My only complaint is the lock mechanism could work better. Hope I never have to use it, but I'm concerned it at how easy the lock feature could come undone and it's might not hold it tight enough. Otherwise, well made and my complaints wasn't worth a send back.

Bought this set of tongs as we seem to have been invaded by snakes this summer in our yard. Ordered this one because it seemed to be well made and was a length (60") that I wanted to keep some distance between me and the snake. Once it arrived, it did not disappoint. Well made and of really sturdy construction, I put it to good use within the first hour of unboxing it. Caught a large black rat snake (~48") by our foundation and the jaws of the tongs held the snake securely despite it's very animated writhing. Deposited the snake in a lidded five gallon bucket and dropped him off a mile down the road in some woods. I am really happy with these tongs and expect a long service from them as they're made that good.

I think this item is magical because as soon as I bought it I can't find any snakes which is a positive in my opinion!
