Has held up very well but requires careful installation.
I bought this to seal a sunroof on a Lexus that allows water infiltration during heavy rains. The leaks have already caused thousands in damage to the interior of the car which I was lucky to have covered by insurance. However, I did not want this to happen again, so I bought this to seal the gap on the exterior. I never use the sunroof anyway, so there was no inconvenience in doing so. I lived in Florida at the time and now live in the northeast where it gets very cold. This has held up great through all extremes of weather. There are a lot of reviews about how it doesn't stick or can't be used on corners. I think you need to do two things to avoid those issues. One is to thoroughly clean the area you are applying it to. The existing gaskets can accumulate a lot of dirt and this won't stay on unless that dirt is all removed. Second, be very slow and deliberate when applying to the corners. Take your time and do it slowly, and it will conform just fine. At the end I had a tiny gap where the ends met up - I covered it with a piece of electrical tape which happened to be the exact same width and color - you can't even tell.

May or may not work
Either what I received was old or the product is just not that good. It would not stick and I went from trying to keep it nice and clean to the heavy Gorilla tape.

Update- Take your time and do it right and it will be great.
Well it’s been 8 months now and sad to say the tape did not hold and is peeling up at the corners. Prob a good cheap temp fix but definitely not a permanent solution.Original review>It’s only been a week but we got a big rain storm last night and no leaks!Installation is easy but you do have to take your time. Clean all the surfaces. I used the two pads that came with the kit but that wasn’t nearly enough. It smeared black all over the paint from the original seal so I used denatured alcohol to wipe off the marks and clean the entire surface. I faced the thin side towards the glass for easier transitions. Started half way up the drivers side and slowly pulled the tape back as I went around. It was kinda cold that’s day 45* f. So I kept the tape in the house to keep it warm and mailable. Cut the end to match up at the end. Hopefully it continues to hold but looks promising so far.

Efficient
My sunroof doesn’t shut/lock down but it’s closed. It would rain in my car. I should have bought this long before I did! It’s excellent and keeps rain out of my vehicle

Doesn’t stick
I bought this for a windshield of a 2017 Nissan pathfinder, upon arrival it was a good looking product, sturdy, easy to apply, and easy to cut. About a few days in, I kept hearing a flapping sound and didn’t know where it was coming from, it was from the windshield, the adhesive from the seal was no good anymore, but I had extra, and decided to give it another try. I washed, cleaned and dried the windshield, set and placed the seal, and this morning while driving on the expressway, the seal flew away. Not a great product review, but it’s honest.
