I purchased the sleep, shine, and daily gummies, and personally, the flavors are tasty but it taste fake.They label this as “healthy” but the ingredients contain “natural flavors,” “vegetable oil,” and “natural color”. All these cause hormonal imbalances because they’re natural resources mixed with chemicals. So beware if you’re looking to avoid that!Since I’ve been taking the shine/daily gummies, my hair hasn’t been getting oily as fast as it usually does; as well as my skin. Other than that nothing else as shown results. Didn’t notice a focus improvement at all.The Melatonin gummies make me sleepy but I wake up in the middle of the night now vs when I didn’t take them.Overall, the quality is ok but I won’t repurchase.

I should have closer attention to the lack of reviews. I bought this for the “clarity” and “focus”. Instead, I felt a bit disorganized and making simple mistakes at work. I was glad to get out of work without any major screw ups. I would return these but they cannot be returned.
