Small containers are important to hold paper clips and stuff, I even have one for the beads!
I love the wood, good solid and finished. 3" dia is not too big to cluster on your desk and they are quite spacious. I even put one in my kitchen to hold the kosher salt by my burners. Price is excellent, they wrap them carefully so no chips or stains. Just a really pleasant surprise that something is so easy, you know because nothing is easy.
