Remarkably good mouse, great for home office work and for gaming!
I bought this on the off chance that it was going to meet all my requirements, ie: a rechargeable, adaptable ergonomic mouse suitable for working from home, and for m,y high end gaming rig.The battery on this lasts a very long time, its light and comfortable and the mouse polling has no delay in any of my games, even resource hungry games like Cyberpunk 2077.Highly recommended!

Very impressed with this mouse but I found it's no better for me than the equally impressive Anker vertical mouse I already had. Considering the much higher price I decided to return it and keep the Anker

Great mouse
Excellent ergonomic mouse makes a huge difference to me. The wireless version was more expensive though and doesn’t work wirelessly which is annoying

If it worked consistently it would 5 / 5
The mouse disconnects or resets on computer sleep and restart, which means I have another mouse which I use to stop the process (when I can), so I can restart it. I happen to have a trackball available on my computer, so it's not the end of the world, but it is very annoying. I went to the makers web site to lodge a support ticket, but their link to do that is broken, as such I can't even see if they have some other fix. This morning on reset I can't even stop the process with Win Admin privileges - which implies it has crashed hard. So - I can't use the mouse today.Ergonomics and usability when it works are fantastic. It just doesn't work most of the time, which make everything else pretty much irrelevant.I'll give it another week, if no improvement, it'll go back to Amazon.UPDATEI contacted support and they were very open and honest about the current driver being a bit unstable _for some people_ Running without a driver the mouse works, I just can't remap buttons. Given their honesty and that it is workable without the driver, I'm pushing the star rating up. If they deliver the driver then this is likely to become 5 star.If you are happy to run without the special driver, and lose a little bit of functionality (and that isn't critical to you), then I would recommend this product.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but very good
Delivered on time, well packaged, easy to install, customisable for each application, comfortableHowever, because it has 3 main buttons - Left, Right, Double click, I keep hitting the double click one at random because my fingers haven't yet got used to the fact that there is now a button where there was just dumb plastic on my previous mouseI'll get the hang of it, I'm sure

Brilliant!
I had a cheap upright mouse which worked pretty well but I coveted the additional flexibility of the Contour. When Amazon Warehouse presented the opportunity of getting one half price I jumped at it and am delighted with how well it works. The problems I had with wrist/arm/elbow etc. are completely gone and the programmable buttons are a bonus. The scrolling wheel is much smoother than on my cheaper mouse, the ability to change the resolution is very helpful and recharging is so much better than my previous battery replacement. My model is wireless, which I prefer, and that works fine too. Recommended.

Best mouse I've ever owned - HOWEVER...
The best mouse I've ever owned. It would take days to write the things I love about it so I'll go straight to the disappointing stuff.1. This is the big one. I bought this mouse new and straight out of the box it had a VERY heavy scratch pattern on the feet. I've had the mouse a little over two weeks now, take a look at the photo I've attached and tell me if that looks like two weeks worth of moving across a fabric surfaced rubber mouse mat.2. Prototype like finish quality. A few edges appear to be hand finished which is fine but there are a couple of what I think are injection moulding marks on the plastic which don't affect function but also don't look great on a production model.2. The driver software is kind of basic. Not actually bad, but it's got a very Windows XP aesthetic and I'd like to see an onscreen battery level readout and more accurate DPI adjustment.4. Very subjective point here but there are too many sensitivity settings. There are 10 programmable settings for mouse speed, I only use two (a high speed one for gaming and a low speed one for desktop/cad etc) and it takes quite a long time to cycle from one through to the other. Not a big deal.Final word: This mouse is in a class of its own for ergonomics and comfort, but the wear on the product from brand new should not be tolerated by either a manufacturer or consumer.UPDATE: Roughly 2 years on. I contacted Contour to complain about the wear on the feet and they sent me a new mouse, around six months after that the scroll wheel broke and I was sent a second replacement mouse. Build quality is POOOOOR but their customer service is AMAZING.I use this mouse every day for work and discovered it to be very glitchy. Some computers won't register mouse clicks until you open the start menu via keyboard and click off to the desktop, not sure why. Also the dedicated MMB almost never does what you've programmed it to do, which is a pain because it's one of the main reasons I went for this mouse in the first place.
