This product is perfect in every aspect. The grains are clean and the mix if proportional.Easy to cook, I followed the recipe on the pakage and came out perfect, the taste is divine, nutty with a slight crunch.I like to mix with other roasted veggies to make a wonderful quinoa pilaf.I will purchase this product again and would highly recommend.

Quinoa is such a versatile grain, you can cook it the traditional way and use it as the backdrop with many foods as a replacement for rice or pasta. Or you can also bake it after it's been boiled and it gets this delicious crispy texture which just looks beautiful sprinkled over salads or vegetables and adds so much extra nutrition.

This resealable bag comes prewashed so the there are no saponins to make it taste bitter or soapy if you don't wash it. I like the tricolor version because it makes the meal look appetizing to have that variety of color. It's a little pricey but so convenient to add to your order.

This quinoa was clean and very attractive. I had it along with some pesto chicken and it was quite good in taste and texture. The tri-color scheme makes a very nice presentation. If you are looking for a fancy quinoa, this is it. The one thing I did not like was the lack of instructions on the bag, however. Looking up online instructions, you'll want to cold start 1 cup quinoa to 1 3/4 cup water, bring to a boil and simmer until it is the correct texture for you.
