Not your typical knife...
Ignoring the obvious, these are manufactured in China, this knife has a unique design. Yes, at first, it's a little awkward to figure out how to open it, but once you get past that issue and look at the 'whole' knife you find a very respectful quality blade. It is so-so sharp right out of the box, but nothing a little stropping cannot handle. The overall design and blade configuration is well thought out. The handle fits well into most hands and you will soon find that 'sweet' spot where it feels 'right'. The symmetrical design is both the perfect design and confusion. The opening action is smooth. The lock leaf is simple yet functional. The dagger design works well for this knife's size and shape. For someone looking into getting a 'unique' knife without breaking the bank, you cannot go wrong with having this in your inventory. DC-53 steel provides excellent strength and toughness. DC53 is superior to SKD11 in machinability and grindability. DC53 can be expected to provide relatively longer tool life and overall functional ability for general everyday use. The end result is just how it was tempered. Tempered incorrectly, and you have just another knife. Tempered correctly and you have a knife worth having. Only time will tell. DC53 is better than D2 steel but comes with its own characteristics. You have to be the judge on this one. Just the design, function, and quality on this one is right up there.

Interesting
Very interesting design, good quality but not for everyone. Almost like a dagger but only sharpe on one side, sharp side was not very sharp.

Very nice
Deploys nicely as you pull it from a pocket. The handle is quite fat so it's perfect for people with larger hands

Little more than a meme knife.
I thought this would be a fun knife when I ordered it. Unfortunately, what arrived in the mail was a massive disappointment. I will start with the positives because there are positives. The build quality is nice, the blade is centered, the flipper works really well, and the bearings let the action glide smoothly. What I disliked about it is why I rated it so low. The mirrored image nature makes it hard to grab it and flip it open without conscious thought as both sides of the blade had little flippers sticking up. Twice, when going to close it, the blade tried to inflict agony upon the fingers, prevented only by the fact this knife showed up duller than a 2023 comedy movie. The handle lacks ergonomics and feels like I am holding a half used bar of soap. Jimping is found only on the flippers and the liner lock (I know some YouTubers find the recessed liner lock annoying but it is neutral for me). The G10 is satiny and gives me little confidence of being able to hold the knife if my hands were sweaty or wet. If you want something with the look of a dirk without being double-bladed and have no desire for serious use, this might fit the bill. If you want an EDC carry knife, check other options, even within Sitivien's own lineup.

I like it
I have almost every knife they make, I especially love the zodiac series. They do know how to make perfect knives repeatedly. You can order any Sitivien and you will not be disappointed.

The Muscle Car of Pocket Knives
The Sitivien ST158 is like the muscle car of pocket knives—bold, aggressive, and built to perform. The DC53 steel blade is a serious workhorse, holding an edge like it’s got something to prove while rocking that black stonewashed titanium plating for extra durability (and extra cool points). Whether you’re slicing rope, opening boxes, or just flipping it open because it feels awesome, this knife gets the job done. Now, let’s talk about that G10 handle—it’s thicker than your buddy who skips leg day, but somehow, it still feels comfortable. It fills the hand well, offering a solid, no-slip grip, and the black-and-yellow color scheme screams "tough but stylish."Final Verdict:The ST158 is a badass mix of rugged durability and smooth action. If you like your knives tough, sharp, and just a little chunky, this one’s for you. 8.7/10—because power tools belong in your pocket, too.
