I used to take this product early morning before going to the gym but found out that it worked better before bed to help build muscles and help with sleep. After switching use to this time frame and using it along with vitamin B1 I have been sleeping better and my mind is less busy when I go to bed. I also think it’s helping with my gym routine in toning and building my muscle mass.

This L-Lysine is the perfect amino acid to help with cognitive and weight loss. It is a great value for the money, the texture is little pellets that dissolve perfectly, small size container but lasts for a long time. I will continue using this Carlson product with many others.

The media could not be loaded. Slightly bitter taste, I add it to daily collagen and fruit drinks which disguises flavor. Excellent product! Amazing for skin :) Also if you ever have a cold sore, this works fast.

I place a small amount in my protein smoothie every morning.

I used this for my dog which has a bad skin condition. I have been mixing it with his food along with other supplements. have not used it long but it seems to be decreasing the crusted areas. hopefully on the way to healthier skin. I like that is is a powder and easily dissolves.
