Great hydration for my girls - when it's hot, they consistently get headaches when doing sports and after starting this it is few and far in between. So I'm grateful this is so tasty and helpful!

If normal liquid iv is not easy for you, I highly recommend atleast trying this one. Always works good for me and tastes yummy!

I wanted to try the crisp apple flavor and am pleased with the taste. I wish they made this flavor for adults, as using 2 packets at a time is not so cost effective.

This helps my tachycardia and pots so much I just wish it had less sugar ! The sugar free versions taste disgusting. Just please lower the sugar ! As far as taste it does taste like cotton candy.

I was kind of hesitant to buy these because so many people said they only received one box and the listing says it’s a two pack. But I really wanted to try the cotton candy flavor and it was on sale for prime day. So I took a leap of faith and bought two of them. Amazingly I received 4 packs each sold as a set and individually wrapped. So I’m very happy. The flavor is pretty good. Could be a little bit better. But I won’t complain. I’m glad they are making these in adult sized now. So I don’t have to use two for one bottle of water. But I still recommend these if you love cotton candy and need an electrolyte drink.

This is the only flavor my son likes and it comes in handy on hot summer days out on the sports field.

It tastes just like water with the slightest hint of sweetness. But I did buy the kids version for myself, a 30 year old adult, so maybe that’s why. It’s definitely hydrating but I wish it was more cotton candy forward.

I run to the store when I run out of liquid IV I think I'll start stocking up. don't want to try anything new because I'm hooked. Liquid IV has a great collection of favors my favorite 😍 by far is cotton candy.
