3-Wheeled e-Mobility Device Model BEAST Black by Green Power

I have a new beast model from Green Power. I’m very happy with it when I received it. The charge lasted me three weeks however when I charged it myself for five hours up to 95% I found that it was losing charge very quickly even though I keep it indoors with nothing on at all to preserve the battery and electric I was told to charge it for 12 hours which I did and it does last a lot longer however it does state that it only needs 4 to 5 hours charge but this is not enough because it does not last I actually ran out of electric and had to leave it in my local co-op shop so I did leave it on for 12 hours even though I was concerned that it was on 99% after five hours and I don’t want to over charge it or damage it so that bit is confusing but it did last me a lot longer when I left it on up to a 10 hour charge so I would like anyone to offer me advice on how to charge the battery safely which I’m doing already. It is kept indoors but I need to know that if you charge it when it’s on 95% and you need to leave it on another five hours that’s what I was told hence 10 hour charge , will this damage it?
