Mine: Not tasty too salty with a year before Best By goes by!
Effective hydration with caffeine boost, Stevia-sweetened, vitamins added, plus zinc, a package deal I can bring traveling - this seems great quality and adequate value. The bottled versions I haven't ever sampled because I prefer powders for convenience flying or driving, so I can't compare as others have described. The flavor seems fine to me - using much more water (to taste) than many might want seems optimal for me. Usually I pour a favorite sparkling mineral water over, but still water works too, of course. And I've even added my favorite Stevia-sweetened ginger ale for a fun switch.

Best tasting, fast acting, electrolyte replacer
I've tried many electrolyte replacement powders and this is my absolute favorite. Lemon-Lime is clean and fresh tasting, not as sugary sweet, syrupy or salty as other brands. (Great for anyone who gets that "sick" feeling after drinking other hydration drinks.) Flavor is a bit concentrated so just add more water. I tend to get light headed when dehydrated and feel better much better after drinking this.

Best hydration packs on the market
I have to say these taste phenomenal and are better than the liquid IV plus it has caffeine. This is my new go to slightly more salty than liquid IV but that’s my preference and taste.

Great Hydration, But a Bit Too Sweet
These BODYARMOR Flash IV electrolyte packets are great for hydration, whether after a workout or while traveling. The grape flavor is refreshing, and I love that it has zero sugar and includes coconut water powder for extra electrolytes. The single-serve packs make it super convenient to carry and mix with water anytime. My only complaint is that it’s a bit too sweet, even without sugar. I usually dilute it with extra water, which helps. Otherwise, it’s a solid hydration option and works well!

Delicious and Refreshing
Tastes so good!! Definitely a more cost effective way to enjoy the drink as opposed to purchasing premade bottles. Love that the drink can be made to your own strength/concentration liking. Love drinking it after runs or bringing a bottle along on walks.

Great hydrator, good taste
I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Liquid IV that also had a lower sugar content and still managed to taste good and perform as it should. Most people don't realize the sugar is supposed to be there. It works hand in hand with the rest of the ingredients to allow for maximum effectiveness in rehydrating the body while allowing the body to quickly and more easily process the electrolytes and vitamins, putting them to work where needed. Not to say the sugar free can't do the same, I just for really buy the leftover logic towards science. That said, I follow a ketogenic diet and try to limit sugar where unnecessary and this is a corner I'm willing to cut.I have noticed in other brands that offer sugar-free packs like this that when I drink them, they're really hard to get down. I don't mean that the taste is horrible or anything else tangibly works against my consumption, but I notice after a couple sips I have to force myself to finish the drink like it's work and most of the time I'll fight it, having some end up down the drain. This happened in particular with a major brand on the market and I can't really explain other than to say there original full-sugar formula didn't have the same effect on me. The sugar free version made me feel like I was drowning in the stuff, really forcing to finish. This one doesn't do that and acts just as the other sugar-filled alternatives have. It blends easy, tastes good and it goes down in a refreshing moment of recovery. I can only make assumptions based on my own knowledge of why the other gave me trouble but that's not the point here or the place because my point is that I'd absolutely recommend the BodyArmour Flash IV and think it's a great product I'll be keeping in stock!

Product does help restore electrolytes, helped with foot cramps
I used this during a multi-day aikido seminar when I was having foot cramps. It helped. So now I'm putting some packs in my gear bag for future seminars. BUT. Since it'll spend time in the gear bag before it's needed next, it would have been nice if it'd had a long expiration date. See the pic. It actually arrived expired! 😡 So other than that, I'd recommend it. I preferred the lemon and punch flavors, but grape was ok.

Good
I’ve tried a lot of these powders and this one is great tasting, no sugar, and easily dissolved. I play tennis in South Florida and this helps with my hydration and post workout headaches. Not a miracle worker but I think helps.
