The product arrived in good condition, the capsules are not excessively large and there is no bad smell or weird after taste.I cannot comment on efficacy yet so will come back to update on this after trying it out for a good 3mths.The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they are recommended for every other day rather than everyday as that feels like the manufacturer is making an effort to get dosage and frequency right for the user. I have a vitamin dosset box so it’s easy for me to plan out my alternate day doses. Looking forward to seeing how effective these are.

Ashwagandha has made me feel better and less stiff around my abdomen. Still get excessive bloating and weight gain when I eat carbs.
