Karcher SP 16.000 Dual Submersible Pump, Yellow

We have problems with a basement that floods, this has made it so much easier to clear!Dirty water is no issue, it's powerful and can take the flooding down to a really low level- I mean barely anything!Easy and simple to use, couple of hoses. Plug it in and you're away!I would happily play more for a pump of this quality and power!Karcher never lets you down!

Trying to empty a pool - won’t pump last 10 inches of water up 6 feet. Not as good as expected and no better than basic screwfix pump. Overall very disappointed

This Kärcher pump is an absolute powerhouse. I recently had a bit of a flooding issue in my kitchen, and this thing cleared the lot in no time. Not just clear water either – it handled all the muddy bits and debris without a problem.Really like the 2-in-1 feature. Got that last bit of water sucked right up to give me a nearly dry floor. Love that I can use it to drain my pond when I need to give it a clean too!Seems well-built and the adjustable float switch works a treat. Definitely worth the money, especially as it can handle so many different water-draining jobs. Would recommend.

Bought as an emergency sump pump to cope with recent floods, as drains were overrun and blocked. Took a bit of setting up to make sure that the float switch didn't foul, but after that was fixed it's run very well. Not sure if the flow is quite as high as advertised - but I've got it attached to 25m of hose and it emptied by 1m3 sump in roughly 10 seconds - so fast in fact that I needed to drill extra holes in the plastic liner I used to line the sump to stop excess grit working through. The pump has handled debris of various sorts well too and has a decent length of power cable too.

The brand Karcher never fails as a household brand that has the reputation of good quality products. This water pump is no different. It’s has a 2 in 1 function for clean or dirty water, and has a flat suction mode which allows it to drain water to a 1mm depth!This pump would be great cleaning dirty garden ponds, draining swimming pools if you’re lucky enough to have one! Or any other flooding which is what I used it for recently. The UK had some bad flooding in the last month and our cellar flooded. This pump was literally a life saver. It quickly was able to pump the water out and prevented any further flooding. We then left it in automatic mode which meant by using the float switch, if more water came in it would begin draining again.Setting the pump up is so simple and the instructions are easy to follow. I think this is also at a fantastic price for its quality, performance and versatility.
