Fantastic, reliable, waterpik, with good battery life, that does the job. Ive definitely noticed a big improvement in my oral hygiene, immediately after purchasing this. My mouth feels cleaner, breath fresher longer, and healthier gums most of all. Put a lil mouthwash, or peroxide in the water reservoir, for a extra clean feel.

I have to say that I loved this product until yesterday when I tried to plug in the charging cord. It simply would not plug in to the body. It cannot attach to the metal tongue that seems to have moved far back inside the body so now I can't recharge the battery. Up until that point I loved everything about it-the tank design (easy to clean & dry), the number of attachments & power of the stream, the convenience of the storage bag, etc. I was just so happy BUT I just bought this in February & here it is June & it no longer works. Very disappointing. I especially loved it at the quality for the price. I will continue to use it until the battery dies.UPDATEI contacted the company & within the week they not only contacted me but sent out a brand new water flosser! The company could not have been any better about getting in touch & replacing the item. I really love it & it does a great job. I especially love the that the tank is very easy to use & keep clean unlike my Waterpik. Love it love love !

We have a bigger set from the same company. We bought this product for our trips. It becomes our perfect travel kit as a couple. We only need to bring two separate heads. It works much better than toothbrush. Although the size is a little bigger and it occupies some luggage space, but it is pretty lighter, and worth to bring it with us when we travel because it keeps us having healthier teeth for sure.Update: after using for 8 months, it stopped working to shoot water. I made sure the battery was charged, but strange things happened. The water was finally shooting out at one point, but the device switch failed to turn off. It was keeping running in a crazy mood. I had left it running until the battery run out!New update: I receive a replacement (still in warranty) very quickly after contacting the vendor (H2ofloss) who guided me to reach out the seller(Beautypick). Both of them replied my emails and take an action very quickly. I am very impressed the quality of their services.

In March, my doctor suggested that I get a hydro flosser to help me clean my teeth better. I chose to buy the H2ofloss Flosser after doing some midnight Amazon browsing. It really has changed the game. This flosser is great because it is easy to carry around. It's small, so it's easy for me to bring on trips; it fits nicely in my toiletry bag. Also, the power life is great; one charge lasts a long time, which is great for trips. The 300-ml water tank holds enough water for a full flossing session, and the IPX7 grade means I don't have to worry about water damage when I use it. One funny thing to keep in mind is that you should be careful not to press the mode buttons by accident while you're brushing. I've done this a few times, and I can tell you that getting a sudden burst of different pressure can be a shocker. It's easy to clean the water flosser, and I love that the water tank can be taken off. Overall, I think the H2ofloss Flosser is great. It works well, is easy to use, and is a great addition to my dental care.

Bought it in June 2024. Battery just died and it will not charge again. Looks like these battery operated flossers lifetime are just 6 months. This is our second purchase ending up with same problem which renders a very poorly manufactured product.

I purchased the H2oFlosser February 28th. The flosser worked great for seven months and then stopped charging and will not even turn on. No warning - one day worked perfect, next day nothing.11/10/24 Update: After contacting customer support, the flosser was replaced. They could not replace with the same model, but the one sent was ok.

I bought this on the recommendation of my dental hygienist. Been using it religiously twice a day since February, and it works beautifully! Every day my teeth feel dental-visit clean! It’s easy to use and the travel case is a bonus! I take care to dry it after each use and leave the “back door” open to be sure it dries completely. It comes with several attachments, although I stick to using one . Recharging is effortless, but you will need an adapter. My iphone adapter works great for this purpose. I would definitely recommend this water flosser! Just bought a second one for my son! Fair price and great product!

This is the best flosser I have used and I've had many over the years.I did have an issue with it recently but it was within the 12-monthwarranty period. I contact Beauty Pick via email. Lily got back to me within a day.I sent her what she asked for. It was determined it was not repairable.They sent me a new one, it arrived in 2 days. Lily followed up with mea couple of days later to make sure I received it and all was good.You can't beat that for service and a great product!
