Love this belt helped me shape my abs and makes you feel good

I got my belt a couple of weeks ago and I’m just now really figuring out how to make it do what I want it to do, work out my abs. I say that becuase it is important to know where to place the belt around your waist. At first I was just strapping it on with no thought. I realized sometimes I felt like my abs were getting a workout and other times I didn’t. I noticed when I didn’t clean the metal elements with water first, it would feel like it was just stinging my skin. After I clean the elements with water and a paper towel making sure it and my skin are totally dry, I try and line up the elements with my a muscles and then I secure it to my waist. I select the mode I want and slowly increase the intensity. As I increase the intensity I am waiting to see if I can feel my a muscles contracting. If I don’t, I decrease the intensity to zero and reposition the belt in small increments up or down or left or right and then increase the intensity. Sometimes I have to do it several times. Trust me you will know when you’ve hit the right spot. Also if I feel like a burning stinging sensation, I take it off clean it again and wipe any sweat or moisture off my skin and try it again.I selected this belt for price and rating

Kirlor Muscle Toner Abdominal ABS Training Workout Belt is made well and easy to use. The power box/controller charges quickly and attaches easily to the belt. The enclosed manual guides you through the preset modes and current strengths, keep it handy when using the belt. The belt itself is comfortable to wear and made well, the velcro holding tightly when in use. It says to moisten the hardware pieces slightly for better results, and includes a small spray bottle. This is by no means a miracle device that melts away fat nor will it give you six pack abs. What it will do is stimulate your muscles, fat and skin to help aid your weight-loss efforts. Along with diet and exercise, this belt helps stimulate your skin and fat cells to keep things moving. I have used it on my stomach and back as a tens unit for pain relief and to aid my loose skin issues. It really helps when my muscles are sore from the gym, I notice I'm not as sore if I use this after my workouts. Keeping it clean is imperative since it doesn't come with or rely on gel cushions that need to be replaced. It's easy to clean and I prefer not needing to keep replacement pads around. I just charge it and I'm ready to go. A nice, rechargeable muscle stimulator.
