Terrible
Wow! Terrible sound. Hollow, dull, flat. I was expecting something half way decent. I was using an amp too, so no problem on the power side. Run away from this. And - by the way - that isn't wood, it is the cheapest looking plastic.

Not good.
Very surprised to see some reasonably good feedback in reviews online. Perhaps reasonable for less than $200, but $1300 at release or $800 as suggested by a headphone reviewer is way off base in my opinion. I believe one issue, aside from lackluster performance, is finding synergy with the right equipment to make these sound decent as they seem picky based on my testing.
