Beast of a laptop
I use this as my daily driver when travelling, and it works fantastic for gaming on the go! Battery lasts a good time when not plugged in, only issue is that it does get loud, but thats normal with these types of laptops. Build quality phenomenal, would recommend if you want to splurge

Great gaming computer
This thing is a beast when it comes to gaming or anything else I need it for.

The best I’ve had.
Product packaging was outstanding. Was delivered in a large unmarked box with great protection. Laptop works perfect, and it’s everything I hoped it would be.

Worth the price!
Machine runs high end games at 4k @ 120fps+. Fans can still get noisy and was committed on by friends as a jet plane taking off. When not running games stay quite. Keyboard doesn't get overheated like other machines previously owned. MSI Center was a little sluggish at first but running smoother and faster now.

MSI needs a better QA to work on this one.
This is my 2nd Titan 18 HX already. The first one when delivered had scratches on the logo, was opened already (Box was not the brown MSI box but the black box and with a cut on the top because someone used a knife to open it before it even got delivered to me). The speakers were broken too. At first i thought it was normal until I got the replacement and you cant even compare the 2nd unit they sent me to the first one because the sound on the first one was just so bad. Even at full volume, my Nokia from the 90's is still louder than a laptop worth almost $6,000!So the replacement. Everything was going well until today, I saw bubbles forming on the palm rest area close to the trackpad. I only used this for a couple of days and its already showing issues. Im returning this and probably wait for an update. I wanted this so bad but the quality is not worth the price.

Expensive, but nice
** CrystalDiskMark has a replaced drive!Picked this up to replace another laptop I was having issues with. I am impressed with how cool it stays and quite it is compared to other laptops I have had. Many would get to hot to touch above the function keys after gaming for a bit, this one gets slightly warm. The 2 NVME drives come in a RAID 0 setup. While nice, I am not a fan of that. If one drives fails, you loose everything. I prefer to keep my OS/Programs on one, everything else on another. And with this laptop having a PCIE Gen 5 NVME slot, I thought why not put one of those in?The 12,184 CrystalDiskMark photo is the Corsair MP700 PRO 2TB I put in the PCIE Gen 5 slot, while the other one is one of the drives the laptop came with. Why the 4 stars? MSI has an issue with the power cord being too short. This laptop also has an issue where if the power cable is moved the slightest, the MSI software flips the laptop to battery to 'protect' your computer. The Mini LED monitor is nice, on dark scenes you can see the local dimming zones easily with the mouse, but it isn't noticeable in games, but it IS NOT WIDE! It's the older squarish type monitor. While bit, it does take a bit to get accustomed to it. You do loose a little FOV in games. The touchpad feels very nice. I thought I was going to get annoyed by the LED, but once it was off I couldn't tell where it was. I have to say, it does look nice now that I've gotten accustomed to it.They keyboard is VERY nice! I mean really nice! I've recently picked up a cherry keyboard for my work computer and I love it, having one as my laptop keyboard one is super nice now. The Page Up and Page Down keys on the keyboard share function with Home and End, however, I was unable to determine how to sue the Home/End. The function key does not work. But thankfully with SteelSeries GG software you can re-program these, which I did. Also with that software you can set key color and key function per application. One game I play needs the Page Down and Up keys, so I remapped those for just that game.Overall a very nice computer, overpriced, but nice. Not sure if I will ever use the RAM to it's fullest, and I personally could have gone for a 4080 or even 4070 to save a little.Positives:+ Fast+ Lots of RAM+ Cherry keyboard+ SteelSeries Keyboard (per key led and re-programmable)+ Mini LED display (and BRIGHT!)+ * Quiet compared with other laptops I've had+ Can touch it without burning yourself while gamingNeutral:* Audio isn't bad, but I normally have headphones on, so I can't really comment on this* Power brick isn't as big/heavy as my previous MSI laptop with a I think 320 watt brick, but still decent sizedCons:- Price- Power cord. MSI needs a longer cable from the brick to the laptop- Power cord, any slight movement flips it to battery- No label as to what NVME slot is the Gen 5 PCIE slot (It's the one being used on the side that has 2)- Killer WiFi. I have never had good luck with these cards. Will probably change this out soon- Heavy, but then I was expecting this- RAM (really, do you need this much?) Could have saved some $$ with 1/2 this- Fingerprint magnet. Keys kinda look oily after a little use**EDIT **The Quiet Pro. Found out the fans are set to a max of 70%. That does make the fans quieter than a few of my other computers and equipment, bumping the fans up more I would not call this thing quiet at all. Keep that in mind.

This thing is a BEAST!
I like being able to overclock when I need to, as well as control the heat vents on command. Video is smooth, and installed software lets me capture gameplay at the stroke of a key. BEAST MODE ACTIVATED!
