They are so crunchy and they have a lot of protein and minerals- magnesium, zinc , iron , potassium and selenium. Also Vitamin E. A lot higher nutritional content than other nuts. My body loves them as a food and these ones are organic also.

Found these when looking for healthy low carb snacks. They taste like roasted peanuts but with more fiber, less carbs and a better nutrition profile. So good!

The nuts were very old and tasted bad. It is pricey to repurchase as there is a chance I can get another rancid package...Disappointed.

I have bought this product four times, and it was fine until the last bag I opened. The nuts tasted funny and made my throat slightly itchy (I have a lot of allergies). I don't know if it was mold or cross contamination, or something up with the plant, but the product is ineligible for return, even though I just bought it. I won't be buying from this listing anymore.

We really like these and they have a ton of potassium.BUT, these are very expensive for the amount. Costco spoiled me. I only ordered here, because Costco was out of them.

I’m only leaving a 1 star review because I received a bag or 2 from this company that are good. But this is the 2nd RANCID bag I’ve received from this company. 1 bag half of the baru nuts were raw and they’re supposed to be roasted. At least the first bag of rancid nuts I could get my money back. Now they won’t let me RETURN them for a refund.**UPDATE**I was able to get a refund for the 2nd rancid bag, but I had to go through Amazon Chat to do so. I love Baru nuts, but this company has inconsistent quality.

The nuts quality was not good, contained lots rancid nuts in the bag, tasted awful. It was also unable to return unfortunately. Not recommended!
