For those who require unlimited data in their cell phone plan, please stop right here and save yourself some time. This plan does not include unlimited data, but it does include 10GB per month, and which is perfectly effective for a number of use-case scenarios, including mine. You need an unlocked phone that you then insert the Infimobile SIM card into and then activate. Plug and play for me and for most users from the reviews that I have read. APN might have to be reconfigured for some phones, and it is an easy task for most to complete with internet online information which is usually specific to your phone make and model.

Terrible! Followed instructions for activation, got port info from T-Mobile, called customer service (India), waited 2 days and still no service on phone.***AMAZON Please remove this from your store and save everyone so much frustration!

Love Infimobile. Was a bit skeptical at first but has been a happy cusotomer ever since. The mobile site is better and more usable than the mobile app. The signal and network speed are both awesome. Will use for longer time definitely! Thank you Infomobile Team!

Very difficult to activate. Still can't use the product. Unable to activate spent over an hour with customer service. They told me I'd be getting an email. Tried to call back, was on hold for 10 minutes and then I just hung up. What a hassleIt's working now. I'm changing it to four stars

I just finished up the 6 month plan and here is my experience.Call quality - I averaged around 8 hours of talk time a week. I had, maybe, 1 to 2 dropped calls during that time. I give call quality a 4 out of 5 stars.Network - The carrier uses the Verizon network for its service. That network is very strong in my area. I did various speed tests throughout the 6 months and averaged around 80 Mbps down. Even in areas where Verizon wasn’t as strong, I was getting 20-30 Mbps. I give the network 5 out of 5 stars.Price - Before switching, I was paying $45 a month for a 2 GB plan from Verizon. That’s $270 for 6 months. I paid $60 for 6 months of service through InfiMobile. No contest, 5 out of 5 stars.Number porting - I used a Google voice number to test out the porting process. I didn’t experience any issues, but was also not told when it would be done. I had to open a case with their support to get the process going. The response was in an acceptable time frame. After I gave them the information, I expected an update as to when it would be done. About an hour later my Google voice service stopped on my phone. After a reboot of my phone, I saw that number was now in InfiMobile. I was fine with the lack of communication, but I could totally see someone being annoyed with it. 3 out of 5 stars.If you are on the fence about this service, I would recommend going with the 1 month prepaid service to “kick the tires”. I was very impressed with InfiMobile for the reasons stated above.
