Bought Tack GPS Plus from Amazon UK store and it has been working well.Item is small and compact, fits within the palm easily and contains a nice wrist strap. Maybe it would be nice if they could give a keychain? But it's not hard to get one yourself too.Set up is extremely easy - just download the OurSphere app and click the button on the tracker to pair. No unnecessary registration information required so it's great. But will need to always enable GPS on the phone to utilise the GPS map function on the app.So far location tracking has been accurate. I don't have any pets so I'm using it to tag my belongings. It works well indoors and infrastructure doesn't distort the accuracy. It says that battery life is 30 days, as compared to the usual 2-3 days for other products on the market. So far so good, and I'll wait to see if the battery lasts. For 30-days battery life, it is really worth the price.Delivery is quick, received the product within 2 days in the mail. The parcel fit through the mail box so I didn't need to stay home to receive it.SIM card is included with 30 days free subscription.Great product (cybersecurity agency approved) and probably more value for money than other similar products!

My father in law has dementia and over the last 2 years we have tried 4 different trackers including this one (Light bug, Tracker Shop and another).The others have have all been massively flawed in various ways, usually having awful battery life, unreliable, inaccurate and overly complicated apps.I've been using Tack now for a month and it has been perfect. Nice simple app, reasonably priced monthly costs, accurate location and reliable at alerting when leaving the safe zones.The best thing is the battery life! The device came charged (not fully) and after almost a month of use it has only just reported that it needs charging up! The app still registers the battery as being about half full which is amazing compared to the others.My only criticism would be to replace the battery image bar with a percentage so you know exactly how much battery is left but that's a minor thing.Overall 10/10, can't fault it so far.

Brought this and paid for subscription ($148) it is rubbish constantly saying tracker is in the same place even though tracker is far away. Brought for a lady with dementia doesn't work at all

I got this tracker to keep my family and friends updated on my whereabouts when I’m out alone, especially during late-night walks or when I’m travelling. It’s small and discreet, so I can easily pop it in my pocket or attach it to my bag. The 10-minute interval updates are just right – enough to reassure everyone of my safety. The battery lasts ages too, so I don’t have to worry about it dying when I need it most. It’s a brilliant little device that gives me peace of mind and keeps my loved ones in the loop!Side note: The tracker also has a standby mode that updates my location every hour. If it detects that I’ve moved after an hour, it automatically switches to active mode with updates every 10 minutes. Most of the time, I don’t need real-time tracking; it’s just to let my mates or family check on me remotely and see where I’m at. This feature makes it really convenient without draining the battery.

Was very happy with the battery life and the functionality if the app. We live quite rurally and the location is up to 2-3 miles out, which is little use when locating someone. Hoping to test its international credentials on holiday.

Bought this for my daughter when she started secondary school after deciding not to buy her a smart phone and happy with my purchase. Tracks every 10 mins when moving and there is an option to track every 2 mins although this drains the battery so would only use it if concerned. Would prefer an option for it to track in real time (hence 4 stars) but don’t know if this is possible with stand alone trackers. Gives good distance range (air tags only have 10-30metres radius) and can set up ‘safe zones’ where alerts are sent if person goes outside them. Would recommend.

We needed an easy way for a relative to contact us both in an emergency and to summon us to pick them up from appointments to save waiting.This was easy to setup and as far as the user is concerned there are only two things, the button to call for help or summon us and the charging, however the battery lasts a long time so I have managed the charging when I visit.I can also check that they are moving around and have also set a boundary around the house in case they go wandering.They signal you with the button, I wish you could signal back, even a beep but that is not part of what this does, hope for the next version though.The subscription was very easy to setup and wasn’t bad, a lot less than a mobile would be.Very happy with it.

Have had it for a couple of weeks. Bought it based on battery life promises and GPS accuracy.Quite frankly I'm very disappointed. It rarely seems to have a strong GPS signal. It updates too infrequently even on the 10 minute setting. On the 2 minute "emergency" setting it eats thd battery in no time.Bought I for my elderly dad as he goes wondering. So far it won't pick him up at all in the house when he's home. Never warns me if he's left the designated zone, and location can be literally miles out.Don't have any faith I could find him in an emergency which is why I bought it.
