4.5 Inch Cold Gel Memory Foam Sofa Bed Mattress Replacement, Full Size, Blue, Medium Firmness

We’ve had a queen sleeper sofa in our den for many years now, mostly used in emergency situations. It was not the most comfortable because it was a mattress full of springs. When I recently got sick and had to limit use of the stairs, my daughter suggested replacing the mattress and it was the best thing I could have done. No Springs Here! I have to admit it is as comfortable, if not more so, than our primary mattress and adjustable bed that we spent thousands of dollars on. It has a bit of memory foam with a gel that actually does keep you cool. I’ve slept on the mattress with and without a board placed between the mattress and the metal poles and I could not feel the poles of the bed in either case. I don’t usually write recommendations, but I am so pleased with this mattress that brought my sleeper sofa into what feels like a luxury bed for me. I have not been able to stop telling my family and friends about this mattress, so thought I should share with you.

This bed is super comfy. Unboxed it earlier in the day and by bed time it was ready to use. Put it in my new sofa couch bed and my kids broke in that eveningwhile watching movies in the living room. Now, due to its comfort and softness, they all fight over who can sleep on the sofa bed. I've officially lost my couch/ living room. So haku with my purchase.

Fit just right for our pullout camper bed. It is thick and a little firm for me but my husband likes it firmer. We can roll it up easily so we use it on our bed until we need to move it to the pullout for friends.

Great replacement for my mattress.

I decided to return this product because it was too difficult for me to handle. I was also concerned that I would not be able to close the sofa bed.

This mattress is much more comfortable than the spring mattress that came with my sleeper. I'm hoping it will remain so and hold up over time. The biggest problem is that this mattress is not wide enough by about 5 inches. I also purchased a bar protector board to put under the mattress. It's the same thickness as the old one, it fits create a slight hump when you close the mattress. Like others have said, you can't put it back in the box for returns. It does have a funny smell, but I'm hoping that will disappate.

After over a week of letting the mattress expand the ends have not expanded out to full thickness. They are only half of the thickness that the rest of the mattress expanded to. Seems like a manufacturing defect. Sent message to the company selling it but got no answer. This obviously won’t work for a mattress in this condition. Now I’m faced with trying to figure out how in the heck I could even return this since it was vacuum sealed in a much smaller box and I have no way to replicate that to send it back. Super frustrating and very disappointed. I’ll give it a day or 2 to see if the manufacturer or Amazon responds to me but I get the feeling I just lost a bunch of money
