Does the job but why so expensive?

I ordered size 10 and received a size 7 in a box marked size 10. Poor quality control at Ultrahuman.

Super light and very comfortable, very glad I paid for the plastic ring sizing kit as it gave me a chance to find the right size on the right finger. I had planned to wear the ring on my index finger but found S13 too big and S12 to small, so worked out S12 on my middle finger worked perfectly and was comfortable over the two days of test wearing.Bought the S12 and been wearing it for a week now. Firstly I was really impressed with how light it is (I bought the Raw Titanium), it charged and paired up easily to my phone and I've been comfortably wearing it since. Rather than let it run down of charge over 5-6 days I take it off when I shower and let it top back up to 95-100% in the 15-20 mins I am showering, I don't need too many health stats from my shower :-)I bought this basically so I could change watches from my Apple Watch to a Dress Watch when the occasions occur and I don't lose my step count, etc. However, the insights I didn't expect to get from the ring are things like my caffeine window, and phase changes, as well as stress ratings, this helps me make positive changes and keep on top of them.The only disappointment I have is not with the ring but with accessories. I have family in two separate countries and I'm also away on business a lot, so it would be nice to be able to buy two spare chargers to leave in the other location and one for travel, alas Amazon never has the S12 charger available and I cannot find it anywhere else on the web, not even Ultrahuman's own site, which puts me back to Amazon. If you could buy accessories then this would be a 5 star product.
