Brews fast & hot, doesn’t leak, small footprint. Famiworth refunded my money on my previous purchase as it only lasted 3 months. But I loved it so much I purchased this one in hopes it lasts longer. Company rep told me they are working on making them better.

This coffee maker is excellent for those only looking for a quick cup. It's brews quickly and you are able to choose between making a hot or iced beverage. It's easy to use and holds 14 ounces of water. It can take k-cups or your own coffee grounds. Would recommend.

Thought this would be a great item since it offered so many different coffee making choices. However, the ground coffee accessory’s top connection did not last, the accessory for coffee pod use was impossible to add into the machine, there was no way of keeping the coffee warm after perking, and the machine does not completely turn off after making coffee, the lights for choices on the right side stay on.

Like everything about it... nice machine, easy to use and the frother tops every cup off nicely. Bought a box of coffee pods (with the many tasty flavors) as well and the flavors are enjoyable! It resides in my office, and I enjoy having quick access to a nice cup of delicious, hot coffee throughout the day. Great buy!!!

So it is a nice little knock of kurig for the price. The only problem I've had with it is I have tried everything but cannot clean it so if the top is closed, the buttons flash red (does this to signal clean required). The book does not say anywhere where to clean it, only that the red lights mean clean me. That really is my only gripe with it. Otherwise its a great little coffee maker. It firmly closes, doesnt cause a mess, and is faster than I expected. My mom loves it and it was a gift for her so...

Bought this for my boyfriend before we moved in together to keep at my place. Its been about a year since purchase, we now live together and he's still using it when he needs coffee fast which is a couple times a week. Everything still works great a year since having it. I want to say that it's super easy to use which means even I can make him coffee in the morning which I'm certain is his love language. love the fact that he can do K cups and ground coffee but in addition you can also have hot or cold coffee.

I like my new coffee maker, but I am just a little disappointed with my purchase. It definitely does its job: make coffee. However, it seems cheaply made and keeps leaking. The top to the reusable kcup it came with broke during my first use. Not a big deal but it's a small inconvenience. I also had to try a few times before getting the iced coffee right. In the morning, I don't feel like breaking out my measuring cup to determine my ratio of ice:coffee grounds:water in ounces, so I wish there was something to help.The machine isn't terrible though: the coffee tastes good and not burnt. The base for the cup is removable so you can add a bigger mug (but not too big; a few of mine don't fit). It came with a cute recipe book for iced coffee which I've been using, so I thought that was a lovely touch. I also really like the stirrer it came with and use it every day.Overall, not bad, but I'm wondering if I'd be happier if I just shelled out the extra $20 for a Keurig.

I purchased this for myself as a present just to have my own at home coffee experience. This coffee maker is durable, brews my kpods fast for on the go speed. Capacity holds enough for 2 cups of coffee for me and my coffee has always come out piping hot so be careful with hand holding & drinking right after brew is done. Its small stature is easily snug on my small countertop space and easy to clean afterwards.
