Nice
This scrubber works great and it's not a throw away like so many of their. Is the battery goes bad just buy a new battery not a whole new machine. If you need something that last all day but spare batteries just like so many of the good power tools on the market. I used it to deep clean my stamped and stained driveway and it worked great. It also take 1/4 hex attachment so you aren't tied to Hoover not that the Hoover brush that came with it worked great. I have bought a large head that uses Scotchbite pads too.

Too heavy for me to use often.
It is helpful and works but the weight of it makes it difficult to use in shower walls and horizontally.

Buyer beware
I bought what I thought was new but received a unit full of dust and evidence of wear. The return authorization request found in the box proves my point. The unit was janky, heavy and slow. Returned!!!!!

Heavy Duty Cordless Scrubber
The Hoover ONEPWR cordless scrubber is a great tool for various cleaning projects. This is a powerful heavy-duty scrubber that is versatile because it is cordless, and you can use it anywhere without worrying about extension cords or having to be near an electrical outlet. The battery lasts a long time so you can actually get your cleaning projects done. Plenty of power for any cleaning chore too. You can also feel confident that this tool will last as it has the Hoover name behind it, not to mention if you ever need to service it or get parts as they will be easy to find. This cordless scrubber come with one brush which is the medium brush for general purpose cleaning. The brushes are 6" round. There are also soft and hard brushes, which you have to purchase separately. The medium brush is appropriate for most general uses on surfaces such as tile, granite and porcelain. I have used it on tile bathroom and kitchen floors, and it did a great job cleaning them. I also used this tool to clean outside windows and it worked very well on those. However, this tool is relatively heavy so when using to clean surfaces other than floors where you have to hold it higher it does give you a bit of a workout. But it definitely does the job.The brushes not included are recommended for other types of surfaces. The soft bristle brush is recommended for vinyl, hardwood and laminate surfaces and the hard bristle brush for concrete, brick, grout and rusted metal surfaces. These brushes are available for about $15 each on Amazon, although you can get the three-brush set for $25 which offers way more value. The brushes are a snap to remove and install. Also, this cordless scrubber has a telescoping pole and a pivoting head which makes any cleaning job easier. The other great feature to this cordless scrubber is the battery system. It is part of the Hoover ONEPWR system which includes various other household cleaning tools, mostly vacuums, and have interchangeable batteries. This is a well-made quality tool like just about every Hoover product. Recommend it for anyone looking for a good heavy-duty powerful scrubber that is versatile and will do the job and make it easier.

Heavy but mighty
I grew disillusioned with the various electric scrubbing wands as none had enough power to truly make a dent in my hard-water-stained tubs and showers. None could hold up to a bit of elbow grease (you put any kind of weight on them and they'd stop spinning). I ended up using a power drill with brush attachments which worked well, but was insanely hard on my back, knees, and other joints. Then along came this Hoover scrubber and the game has been changed. This power scrubber is a beast. It can take whatever I or my tubs dish out. It doesn't cease operation at the first sign of muscle. It is also way more ergonomic! This scrubber is heavy. The battery alone weighs the same if not more than some of those lesser scrubbers but the scrubber itself is also heavy duty. While it does wonders for my back as I can now stand while scrubbing low points, it will be a bit of a workout maneuvering it off the floor, but a workout that is worth it.My only complaint, other than the weight, is the included brush. I wish it came with a corner brush as no matter how I adjusted and maneuvered, I could not get the included brush into the 90 degree cracks on my tiles shower stall. I even looked to see if they sold a corner brush and as of this review I couldn't find one. I did end up using a generic detailing brush I had bought ages ago that was meant to be used with the power drills and it worked out ok.The battery life on one charge was plenty for me to do a deep clean of my tiled shower stall as well as my large full tub.Things I Liked:-Power. This thing is powerful. No fear of leaning on it too hard and causing it to stop or lock up.-Removable battery. The battery has its own charger and isn't charged in the scrubber.-Telescoping. This thing gets tall if you need it, and short when you don't.Things I Didn't Like:-Heavy. I am relatively young but lack the upper body strength to maneuver this around above my waist for long periods of time-No brush varieties. Could really use an angled brush for tricky corners.

powerful motor, small battery, very heavy to hold up
This is a tough machine weighing in at over 6#. I had hoped to use it to clean the soffits on my house like in the photo, but I don't think I will be able to hold it upright for long. There should be a strap like on some string trimmers. The motor is very powerful and cannot be stopped with your hand - you could probably use it to sand floors if it had that attachment. There are only 3 brushes available, and I have not been able to find them anywhere except on the listing for the scrubber itself. Searching by item number was not helpful at all. The brushes are pretty tough, and not cheap! Then there's the small 2AH battery that is also quite expensive to replace or if you want to have a spare. There are larger batteries available, but the price could exceed the cost of the scrubber! So while this appears to be a tough, heavy duty machine, I think the price and availability of parts reduce the rating to 2 stars.
