Grilled so many sandwiches till today, its working flawlessly. Heating level is superb not burning it out. Plates are easily cleaned. Not getting sticky.Absolutely recommend getting one if you are looking for something like this.

Works and Toasts Great. Easy to Clean. Has 2 stages depending the filling you would put in the Bread. Not good to overfill or not something you would wanna slamm it, it's a little Fragile. It doesn't really cut thru all the way but still love it.

It cooks sandwich is good. I love a stuffed sandwich, but it’s smaller than I thought it would be wish it were just a little bit bigger.

Product was immediately replaced after we received damaged parts. It works great, hot sandwiches within minutes!

Do not waste your money or time!!!Followed the “before use instructions” prior to using the grill. As soon as I plugged it in it started smoking like crazy and a chemical burning smell was coming from it. I unplugged and cleaned it again before trying again. Plugged it back in and it wasn’t smoking as bad so I figured to give it a try although I was very skeptical. Sure enough, sandwich came out covered in black.. paint? I don’t even know what this is but you can tell the coating on the plates literally melted off. Immediately packed it back up to send back and get my refund. So disappointed.

Came in ripped package. Works fine. Slightly used. Little on heavy side.
