The item came quickly. I like this led light therapy device. I am going to recommend to my patients. I have been using light therapy clinically for over 20 years. This is a very useful budget device. I bought a 2nd one soon after. There was a glitch with that one and I emailed them. They returned email next business day and corrected problem! The streamlined design makes for 1 button to switch to the different setting. It says in the directions not to use past 5 minutes. It shuts off after 5 minutes automatically, which is great. It says wait one minute before starting again. Personally, I would wait longer. The biggest problem with budget led or lasers the ability to cool down, most will not include a built in timer. Why? If you over heat.... then you need to buy a new one.If you need help with ears, nose, teeth, or tendinitis, or healing in general, it will be a nice tool.

Has all the options I needed and has lasted. I have been using this about 6 months now with no issues. I like the rechargeable batteries it comes with.

The media could not be loaded. Got this for my wife. She gets cold sores from stress and the mask she has been using has really helped. To complement it, she needed a smaller, more versatile device she could carry with her. This kit comes with a convenient carrying case, two head attachments and two batteries. As you can see in the video, it does emit blue light, red light and infrared. We are new to red light therapy treatments and so far have been impressed with the results. What I like about this kit is that it looks to be very high quality, well built and offers plenty of features and flexibility (specially the smaller localized tip). Inside the case you'll find a warranty car that extends up to 5-years which is pretty awesome for something at this price point. I highly recommend this product and will continue to update my review I am able to share real-life after using it for a few weeks.

I have only had this for a day but I've used it on the most painful canker sore (that's rubbing against the top of a tooth) several times. I haven't done it for a full 5 minutes but after I use it on pulse for a few minutes, the pain in my lip really does subside for a few hours. I really wasn't expecting much out of this but our dentist offers a service using a similar device for cold sore treatment, so I thought it was worth a shot. I get canker sores and my husband gets cold sores so it's worth a shot. I'm pleasantly surprised at this point! This is the most painful canker sore I've had and the pain was radiating through my teeth and tongue. This allowed me to be able to eat and sleep!The guy with the negative review has his battery in wrong. Regardless of how it's labeled, we all know which way to put batteries in. 🤦‍♀️ The buttons are pretty self explanatory. There is a setting that's invisible to the naked eye, so don't look into the light part even if it's not lit up. Be prepared with the goggles when you put it together bc it's easy to press by accident.

My partner and I use it after we travel or have been exposed to symptomatic people to prevent illness and have found using it after feeling slight tickles in our throats, we don’t get sick. It’s also useful to reduce muscular or joint inflammation or pain.

Worked well for how cheap it was but unfortunately how cheap it is shines through with the build quality. I unscrewed a head piece for it and this rubber piece came out with it and without it being in the head where the glass is the light won’t turn on and there’s no way for me to jam it back in there.

I had a bit of a slow start not realizing how it worked as I plugged it in and a red light came on so I thought it was charging. I thought the batteries in the box were extra. It didn't work. The buttons did not do anything, so I emailed the help desk that came included in the box. They responded right away! Silly mistake the battery was not in the device. LOL.The bottom unscrews and put in the battery. It works as it says it should. I can feel a tingling in my knee after I use it. I have been using it a couple of weeks. I plan to also use it on my cat's knees. I chose this product versus the others because it has the smaller head you can screw onto the unit for smaller areas and the glasses and nice carrying case. I am very pleased with the help I received when starting up to use this light device.

Never mind my mouth. First I attached the instruction page. When we say broken English this is literally broken. Many words are broken in, 2 each is not even complete half. I also attached a picture of 2 batteries included with no reference as to whether one is a spare but as you can see in the photo the positive and negative polarities are reversed on one of them. The device has 2 buttons with no indication which is for what. Ok I figured one is to turn on and the other is for whatever. Well, that whatever does not do anything and I did not get any operation or lights no matter which one I press, how long I keep it on charge, or pause it in front of me at the Sunday prayers. In short, I am glad it did not work eventually because I wouldn't even trust it if it did because of all the above. This is a sort of medical device and if you see what I see then don’t trust it. Returned.
