Does not work. Hair stays up at top not even on heating element. Curls don’t last. By the time you are done with one side of your head the curls are out of the other side. Doesn’t get hot enough to hold curls.

I cannot get it to grab my hair at all. I will try again, but I am very disappointed with it. Would not buy this again, in fact, I am thinking of returning it. Should have read the comments before I ordered it.

I would recommend u to not buy this product. I got it and it is hard to use, even after watching video tutorial and instructions. It did not work in my hair, you have to use really thin hair pieces which makes it really time consuming. Within 3 minutes of my first use it turned off by itself. This product is not worth it at all. I had really high hopes since it is really cute but the marketing is deceiving and the product is not good.

This Hair Curling Tool arrived well-packaged. I really wanted to love this Curling Iron. It was a bit tricky to use at first and needed Practice. I find the 2 Side Buttons a little confusing to turn the Curling Iron into different Directions because I never know which one I am pressing. Unfortunately, this Curling Iron didn't completely pick up my Hair to curl it. Instead, it came out a little tangled up.

It works well on my hair! Since I can’t make curls on my own it automatically makes one I love to use this iron on special occasions.

Takes a really long time to get a curl from this. You need to do really small segments of hair and keep it in the iron to get the desired amount of curl. The fact there are no instructions on how to use it is telling.Overall it's not a good design and the 5-prongs tends to tangle your hair. I don't see myself using it much.
