Love this! I was looking for something more aesthetic than the original plastic lid that came with my espresso machine. This is a great option! Also engraves very well! Image is of one that I engraved for the holidays! Now I want one for every season!

This machine is heavy and well built. Easy to use and clean. It is really fun to enjoy the process of brewing and controlling the tast of coffee. We have saved so much money making our own coffees and lattes.

The lid was not tight so coffee beans would get stale.

This feels like it adds a little class to your Breville. Much better looking than the plain plastic lid it comes with. The seal is good and will keep your beans fresh until you use them, unless you're one of those people that adds just the beans you need. If that's the case then the seal on the lid will keep all the dust, dog hair, critters, etc out of your hopper.

This is a nice upgrade for the default plastic lid on the Breville espresso machines with grinders. The wood is well machined, very smooth, and nicely finished. The seal is just a tiny bit too small I think - it's probably JUST the right size, so it isn't tightly sealed, nor is it loose. Only worry I have is if the wood ever dries out and shrinks the lid wouldn't seal anymore (the seal is just a silicone ring, but there's no give to it or a flap that seals against the wall of the hopper). Overall though it's nice looking and gives a nice upgrade to the look of my machine.

The texture of wooden products is irresistible, and they look good!I don’t know why, from childhood to adulthood, everything related to wood always gives me an extraordinary sense of security. Whenever I encounter wooden products I like, I always feel uncomfortable. So when I saw the wooden hopper cover on the top of this coffee machine, I bought it with my eyes closed. Although my mind tells me that it is not a necessity, and it doesn’t even have any real functional role, it is just a barely ornament, but I still ordered it without hesitation.The wooden hopper cover on the top of this coffee machine is of good quality, fine workmanship, smooth surface, and no odor. The only drawback is that its silicone sealing ring seems to be one size smaller, so when it is used on the coffee bean bin, it cannot be perfectly sealed, but it does not affect my love for wooden products. As I said, I just treat it as an ornament rather than a functional product.
