This is a very nice case for the Kindle. It fits well, is attractive, stands by itself, and has a convenient hand strap (for reading in bed). The credit card slot is unnecessary.

I comparison shopped this compared the to much more expensive Amazon branded cork leather case. I ended up choosing to use the cork leather case, and gave this to my son as a gift since he likes it better than I do.We both agree the leather is nice, and in general the quality of materials is great.However, I cannot really recommend, primarily because the magnets are too weak to hold the cover in the correct position when holding by the handle. The weight of the device causes the magnets to unclasp from the back of the device, so it flops forward constantly while reading. This negates the purpose of the handle.The stand is not bad, but similarly, doesn't really stay in the correct position, so if using on a less firm surface like a bed cover, it will collapse when nudged accidentally. It seems to work fine on a firm surface like stone or wood.We did decide to keep it - my son seems happy enough, but I wouldn't buy another, or recommend.

Fits my kindle paperwhite 11th gen nice and snug! Love it!

This case is my favorite one ever. So many ways to use/hold it and the color is perfect.
